Please do not speculate on forum until full facts are known, we are busy (or rather Tighty is busy) behind the scenes trying to get to the bottom of this, suffice to say it doesn't look good and Cos might just have GG'ed himself again

Gonna take a bit of getting used to, after 4 days of nothing but butterscotch angel delight, rice pudding, and soup, I am going to get my teeth into a chicken and mushroom pukka pie, new potatoes and peas, will do a bit of gravy with that just in case i need to water the food down a bit LOL.

As an internationally recognised expert in microwave cuisine I feel qualified to provide the solution to you shuggling dilemma.
Firstly the zapping instructions make it clear that you should pierce film lid several times, you do this with a fork of small sharp knife, you then put said culinary delight in the microwave for its initial zappage, then (and this is the key to permanant salvation from shuggling confusion) you peel back the film lid and stir instead of a mere shuggle. Thus alleviating any confusion over the zapping process, if the film lid has been peeled back then sufficient shuggling has occurred, if film lid is intact then you are left in absolutely no doubt as to the next required stage in the process.
