All the best Ironside. Hope you get home soon.
Had a good day at Wimbledon with my mum on Monday. Was really glad of the massive queue for groundpasses as we got in at 10:30 with our court two tickets and a very small queue and managed to get a seat courtside on a small outside court to see a five set epic between Jordan Thompson and Nakashima. Great comeback as Thompson looked completely out of it for two sets and then started serve volleying - I've never seen a full five setter in person before so it was pretty cool. By 2pm after the short rain delay it was noticably much much fuller, so we spent most of the rest of the time in our court two seats. Interestingly our seats were right next to the player boxes, next to coach and family. So we saw Katie Swan's muted and disappointing performance and her coaches useless encouragement against a frustrated and under par Bencic and Dan Evans looking incredibly low on confidence go two sets down as the light got darker. Wouldn't bet on Evans to win a match in the near future after that, he looked completely shot, full of self doubt.
Glad we weren't there on Tuesday for all the rain
Thiem vs Tsitsipas was match of the tourney so far. Great drama and I'm sure Murray was enjoying watching a five setter with his feet up at home.

Enjoy! Burrage, Boulter is interesting.
I had Burrage close to her after watching the last few matches. She has improved enormously over the last couple of years.
Have laid Boulter at 1.54 and think it is a great bet.
Quite sad in Nottingham today, walked past the Dart/Watson match and less than 20 there. It is on court 1, but they have only sold centre and Match was rescheduled.
How is it at Nottingham, are the mens matches getting bigger crowds and hype even though on paper the Challenger is a step below the women's 250? I have had a little bet on Burrage for a sweat on your recommendation! Have not followed the tournament this week there on the ladies side. Am only here today. I think Men's challer is > women's double final, and we have really good seats right behind Andy Murray, hence not moving. I came last year and would say WTA final was better supported than the men's final despite Dan Evans in the latter. We are in the gap between matches so less than half full now, but natural time to eat. We sneaked out between sets as I have grumpy kids with me.

Ok I am on Struff at 250s each way for Wimbledon at bf and pp. Small interest. I honesltly think he has a really good game for grass, he serves quite well and he has improved a lot. They have tennis on in the casino in Berlin when a German plays so I watched him several times this season.
He never got it together on grass before but he did lose to some top people at wimbledon in recent years and never got a clean draw. He has an ATP final today on the green stuff. This seems like a good bet to me with lots of upside, and he should be seeded too I believe - so he is my guy! Fingers crossed for the draw.

It is a wasteland out there in the mens draw. I'm struggling.
I am a Kyrgios fanboy but I really doubt he can get through 6 five set matches to get to the final this year (he didn't even have to do that last year!). He has barely played. I guess let's see how he is in Halle next week. Fitness has always been a problem, as well as injuries and the mental side. Far too many questions at that price.
Berrettini has a great game for grass but lost 6-1, 6-2 in his first match for two months, so can't really touch him.
Alcaraz only has five matches on grass on his entire life. He is amazing but can't back him at that price, though I think he will definitely be in the other side of the draw to Djok, right, so maybe he just gets it done with raw talent.
Then you've got Ruud, Sinner, Medvedev who could all definitely make the final if in the other half to Djok, but I don't see any of them beating him. I don't think Tsitspas' game suits grass whatsoever, I end up watching him quite a bit because my mum loves him.
How about Fritz? He has won Eastbourne twice on grass and looking back, has mostly lost to top seeds at Wimbledon. Zverev x2, Nadal last year.
Agree to probably back against Murray on a match by match basis.
Norrie at 150 is certainly interesting.
I guess the move is to just wait for the draw and pick a few each way flyers in the other side of the draw to Djok?

"Hopefully he'll still be around on Sunday, but even a win isn't enough for a seeding at Wimbledon."
a win and a decent performance at Queens could get him there, or is seeding set before Queens? i thought it was after and before Eastbourne
He is defending points from Stuttgart last year so it this week it is about maintaining those points and then he can win some at Queens next week. Maybe quarter final needed or even semi in the 500 event? Interesting he chose the challenger rather than going to Stuttgart again this year. It is a weak field down there, but I am happy to see Nick K back!

Saw Dan Evans play his first match back from his drugs ban at a Challenger at Loughborough Uni. On that day later on the same court playing his first ever match at Challenger level was Jack Draper. Crowd that day was about 60 people I would guess. They have both had a pretty good few years since then!
Yeah really looking forward to it. I think it is a good spot to see some good seed vs talented floater first round matches or yeah maybe Evans or Draper perhaps.

In Germany it is max 1k per month with their new laws. So even Germany seems generous in comparison. The result seems to be a lot of people have switched to playing on the apps, on things like Pokerbros and so on. I barely play online these days, but in the casino in Berlin and playing around Germany people are often talking about the apps and also shilling their clubs, so instead of making it safer for people it just drives a lot of people to shady apps. I wonder if the same will happen in the UK.

It was a really fun season with a tragic end that hopefully ends up ok.
Thanks to both commissioners for organising these leagues and for the people collecting the funds. Playing Dynasty NFL has been really fun but that will be my last season and I will be giving up all my teams. Six in total including the two Blonde ones.
Quite simply I haven't watched much NFL this season. I now again play online MTTs on Sundays, so I usually don't watch Redzone or stay up for the Monday or Thursday night game. My time has been limited and even setting teams each week was a chore a few times and that's when I knew it was time for me to let this go.
I would say both my blonde teams are in reasonable shape and have chances to contend next season. In one league I have traded away my picks, so I would be happy to throw in a few quid towards the entry fee for the new owner to compensate.
I am not sure if there is a waiting list, but if any Blondes want to get involved and run a dynasty team. Sleeper is a great platform and makes it much easier than the old yahoo days, and things run very smooth.
