Should roll on for sure, should also be fine for the player to pay out to the staker for their % of the value of the seat if they dont want to carry action over

Hey guys

I have satted into EPT barcelona main and therefore will be going for Estrellas too.  Looking to sell half of the EPT Main and the Estrellas High Roller together.

With the tournaments taking place in Spain and with the EPT being connected with the Spanish Estrellas tour, these events will be massive.  Last year the High Roller got over 500 entries for a 1m+ prizepool and the EPT main had over 1m for first with Middy chopping HU for 940k.  I would expect them to be of similar size and value this year.

Estrellas Highroller is 2200 euro buyin selling at ~1.136 markup (1%=25 euros)
EPT Main is 5300 euros to buyin, selling at ~1.189 markup (1%=88 euros)

Which means overall 1% is 88 euros

Ive sold some already so I have 39.5% available (my backers have the other 50% on makeup).  Would prefer payment to J-Rod Fett on stars in Euros however if you wish to pay on another site or by bank, contact me and we can work it out.

Link to my P5s page http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/bobafett/ is here with all of my current usernames across the sites and most of my older names also. There is a link to my hendon mob on there too but it is also here http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=100114

I have been playing online MTTs regularly for a few years now mostly around midstakes and up until 18 months ago almost exclusively on euro sites.

Notable results in the last year are
33rd UKIPT Marbella, 38th UKIPT 6max at DTD, 1st stars.fr Sunday special $27k, 1st 888 sunday challenge $22k (same day as .fr sunday special win) and 2nd for $14k a few weeks before, HU chop as CL big $109 for $17k, 3rd 888 MegaDeep $13k, 1st Ipoker Monday $530 high Roller $12k, 7th stars.fr SCOOP Low Main event (3 day-er) $8k, 3rd stars.fr sunday warmup $7.5k, 27th FTOPS Main (last september) $6.3k, 1st stars nightly $55k for $6.3k (outright win then chopped HU for $5.5k 2 days later), 13th in Sunday Million in June

Although I dont play EPT Mains regularly, I have played 1 before and have played other tournaments live and online of a similar buyin including making day 4 and cashing in the WSOP main in 2012.

Cheers

You're not getting 20 seat 1s in DTD to even attempt pushups or situps in DTD without paying them all.  No way in a million years

I think adding the 1 drop buyins to that skew it outrageously

What if a min-raise is enough to put the bettor all in and when the drunk announces raise, the bettor snaps him off and now the drunk says he was joking and was folding.  Do we still let him take it back?

I know that didnt exactly happen and Im all for drunken debauchery at the tables but you need to protect the other player in the hand as well and if the drunk left enough time between announcing raise and taking it back that the other person could have acted or reacted in anyway then I think the raise has to stand otherwise the whole thing can become a farce

No way can he be allowed to say raise then after a 10 second gap say he was joking and fold.  I could be convinced if he insta says he is joking without there being any time for the bettor to snap fold but leaving 10 seconds that could be used to check for a reaction or see if the guy is going to fold before finding out how much then he has to be held to it.

I dont care how drunk/stupid he is, it doesnt even seem borderline for letting it slide, its way over the line.  Pay the man his money!

Not sure how the casino would handle that though, ideally security would take the £1200 from him and warn him about his future behavior in the casino.

Surely we OPR/sharkscope and get it in V sat winners/low volume+low buyin players etc?

Whats with Martin O'Neill, its like he is trying really hard to prove that he knows more than the other pundits.

Terrible scheduling imo, I think Cardiff would be quite popular at some other point during the year

Sad that you have to stipulate that rule ~ entirely reasonable of course, but just goes to show how much fuzzy logic is out there if someone would take those off you at spot and then juice you next time in return.

An indictment on the quantitative nature of the +EV brigade.

Nothing wrong with making +EV decisions, think you may be talking individuals and not a brigade.  Just read yesterday that the hero of a previous thread is selling the main at 2.0 and is "better value than anyone selling at 1.4".  Having read his twitter feed, I would like to apologise for defending said hero in the past.  I was clearly mistaken.

who was it?
