Thursday was clapping. Friday was shine torch skywards. Nothing last night, which was disappointing, but back on it tonight in a major way.
7pm. It's dancing on the doorstep to S Club 7's inspirational 'Reach". Lovely stuff.
What are we dancing for?

Here’s a morality meets economics question for everyone.........how much are you happy for the govt to spend to prevent a death from Covid? £1 per death would be a bargain but £50 billion is clearly too much, what’s your number?

Don't worry everyone Keir is in charge of holding the Government to higher competency levels now - he has stated, quite clearly, categorically, that there should be a national vaccination programme put in place when a vaccine is available.
This kind of insight has been missing so far
Inspired thinking from day 1 of his job https://www.doughtystreet.co.uk/barristers/sir-keir-starmer-kcb-qcIs the problem likely to be you and the media or is the problem like to be an internationally revered QC? You think he would have stated something better than that on day 1. Anyway whatever his previous job was is no guarantee of how he will perform as labour leader. I see momentum seem pleased with his election victory, I foresee split party and another election loss after we are through this nonsense.

Craig posted about that earlier in the thread, and he's in China. Who is expecting things to go back to normal overnight? It’s just a bit tempting, until there’s evidence to the contrary, to hope that things won’t be as bad as they appear. For sure it would take something highly improbable and unexpected or slightly less improbably a vaccine, to prevent multiple subsequent waves. No danger of that with you in here, lol. Ha, I’ll ease up on the negativity 👍. Have a good weekend everyone! No chance you can do it!
