I have probably used over 30 betting accounts in other names than myself to place bets that my accounts would not be allowed, this is no different to what Brian Hastings did, and we all know I'm no fan of BH so I would have little to no desire to defend him.

I think this is completely different to what he did.

I work in the industry and have been on both sides of shadow accounts. Why is it different? It is still deception to get a bet that wouldn't necessarily be given if I knew who you were. Same as not sitting next to Hastings but happy to sit next to Hayes.

Yeah I mean I get the point and I don't have a reasonable or rational argument. Just fuck bookies is all Cheesy

I understand your argument haha.

What are your thoughts on the news? Tremendous growth and big valuation.

Amazing, isn't it, how quickly it has grown, from such small beginnings in 2000? And the whole thing only exists because of the Internet.

I know you do some work with SkyBet, so you have a decent understanding of the Business. On balance, I'd say it is pretty exciting. The Reuters Press Release was just a 3 or 4 liner, but the Staff all received a lengthy & very detailed missive from the Suits first thing today, & all the Staff are being briefed face to face later this morning. The whole atmo in the office is "it's party time" to be honest.

For me personally? Well at my age, I don't need to worry too much about the long term future of the Business, or how it will affect me one way or another, but yeah, it all seems good.

Nothing stays the same for long these days, does it?

totes emosh (I do love that) as Tighty might say.

How are you, anyway, Big Man? I trust the February UKPC will be graced with your considerable presence again? Some astonishing news on that will be made known very shortly, too, & I've had the most incredible week sorting out additional UKPC bits & bobs as a result.

Exciting times, & I do know I'll not be dying of boredom any time soon.

Yes I was actually up visiting Skybet on Monday to meet with some of the trading management team. I met the Poker head honcho as I was leaving my meeting and he was asking if I was going to the UKPC. I might be in Australia in Feb so if the diary permits I'll be there. Try and make the Omaha easy for those who work for a living!

The 15x EBITDA is huge, though shows it is growing at a brilliant rate. They are one of the only firms who seem to be getting it right across the full product range.

What a joke.

Sorry.

Not going to post boring HH's but if investors want a story PM me.

I imagine it was a bad one, saw you were going well. I'd rather hear the story of how you drowned your sorrows?

What is our balance? Probably take between 2.5% & 5%

You are owed $176 which is 2% and a bit of shrap

Round me up to 5% then please, so I owe you £159?

I'll take 2.5% please, are we all square or do I have a balance remaining with you?

A return, performed above expectation... Stars or bank whichever is easier for you. Or if you are selling for something again then just keep hold of it.

5% if you go.

I think I'm folding now, dominated by a lot of his hands and we only really like hitting one of the . I might check this flop back for pot control and then bet none scary turns.

Nice work mate. Sounds like you had a ball too.

He did, beating me up all night! Hope you are well Phil, down for NFL this year?

Hi mate, he is cruel like that. Can't believe you let him beat you tbh.

I am down for one of the games but in true middle aged fashion I'm bringing the boy this year for his first NFL experience.

How many are you attending Ian?

I'm just going to the one at the moment, the game on weekend of 26th oct. Brother, brother in law are coming down. I'll probably end up at some more with work so Let me know which one you come to and will try and say hello if I'm there.
