Matt - your answer is correct but i read this originally on another forum and i think split pots count. The 'correct' example given there was you hold 7-2, opponent has 5-6. board is 3344, making 7 high the best hand at this point. any card that comes on the river eithe makes a straight or a split pot, meaning you can't win only split.
