I've set up the Blonde Poker Leagues for the coming season. The list of leagues is below.

Deadline for entries to all leagues, apart from LMS and Cups package, is Friday, August 13th, 1pm BST

3) Blonde 20 Classic (Open to BP members of >3 months and >10 posts only, if you enter the £100 Classic you can't enter this league. I am only in this league for admin purposes)

4) Blonde 20 Last Man Standing (Open to all - lowest score is eliminated each week)

5) Blonde Cups 35 (Open to All) There will be a Champions League (£15), an FA Cup (£10), a League Cup (£5) and an FPL League Cup, Cup* (£5).

6) Blonde 10 H2H (Open to All, 80% of pot for regular season, 20% for playoffs - top eight qualify)

For this, you'll need another team via a secondary email address or ask a family member to sign up. The rules are exactly the same as normal, except you can only select players who qualify to play for Great Britain or Ireland. No Bruno, no Salah, no KDB.

*New for 2021 - FPL has introduced the option for you to add a cup to any Classic League you run. This is what I've done for all the Classic Leagues except the Blonde 20 as me being part of that league for admin will mess that up. For all classic leagues, the league cup winner will get their buy-in back.

FPL Draft:

I will run as many leagues as we fill. I will reserve spots for regular players in League I as players entering and then losing interest negatively affects the leagues.

Congratulations to all the winners, and a major thinks to Dino for running these leagues again, they were much appreciated - even more so during lockdown.

I hope very much that they return next season and will participate in all of them again if they do.

With regards to not liking all the games being on TV.  I just don't get that, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED all the games being on TV.  If you don't want to watch then don't watch, but it was an absolute treat of a feast in my opinion.  What I didn't like was gameweeks where everything was incredibly drawn out IE one game a day over 10 days or something gash.  It was great when there were 3 or 4 games on per day and it was done Sat-Mon.

Top work Dino and everyone who entered, hope to see you all back here in few months.

It was more the effect of all the games being on TV causing a drip drip drip of players in your team playing, rather than, for example, eight of them being in action between 3pm and 4.45pm on a Saturday.

I love the carnage of lost clean sheets in the final ten minutes and the goals/assists too, it was just more drawn out with all the games kicking off at different times. Totally agree on the 10-day gameweeks being rubbish. Also, on a personal level, Friday night deadlines of 6.30pm were a total pain. Meant a lot of rushed decisions on incomplete info as it's a busy workday for me.

Anyway, I hope to run them again but not committing to it just yet. I'm going to take the Euros off Fantasy, which I haven't done for a long time.
