No, not especially.. it's a Panasonic Lumix FZ45, bought second-hand for £130'ish.

The birds don't come cheaply though, we get through a 13kg sack of sunflower hearts each month.

Sadly at the end of the prog they supplied the info that 1 rhino a day had been killed by poachers over the last year.  People are stupid *****.

Have always used CyanogenMod on my previous android phones as my ROM of choice, but it hasn't been available for the One X as a stable version for actual daily use.

Anyway, it is now so put it on my phone today. Wow, what a difference. The phone was alwayspretty qquick, but now it's like lightning. Incredible difference and so happy I took the time to do it today.

I dare not try it as I am not that good with these sort of things. It is the rooting part that scares me.

It took me 3 days, loads of frustration and some hair pulling to get through it.  The biggest problem is the 'how to' information is in their techy language.  I got a bit of help from Jack to keep me sane and it is doable, but it really is hard work if you've never done it before.

What does chaning ROMs (that should be a tv program!) do for you?  Is it worth while?   I was watching a youtube clip but it was half an hour long and to be honest, I'm not sure what it did!  If it makes the phone work quicker I may be tempted.

The phone works MUCH quicker and can be used for much more too now that internal memory isn't an issue.  Root it, partition the card and install a ROM.  [ ] Easy peasy.  That said, if I can do it...anyone can.  I've saved the links to everything I found helpful on the subject and can send them to you if ya like.

Wish someone would sort my Desire out... continually getting insufficient memory warning.

I spent ages this morning trying to free up enough memory to download AND install the Sky go app.

Finally get it installed, for it to tell me that it won't run on a rooted phone! Bastards!!!

Thing is I see it as a lesson in life to my mates, so its like I am providing a service.

But no seriously, its banter and competition between mates. Our way of being matey is to out do eachother and there are always bets being made! With the words thing it is not a hustle is it really, its just them not being knowledgeable enough, I am not doing slight of hand tricks here!.

I only really wanted peculier words to ruffle their feathers and they are now privy to my ways. They couldn't believe inhaust was a word.
