Not trained since I have been back, work absolutely fked me. Affects of 'rona is that I have been feeling very tired and sleeping at different times of the day.

Back to regular Monday weigh in. Have had COVID since return, so no training. Have also had way too many simple carbs. Feeling much better now so will back into training this week. Have several social things/days out/breaks over the next couple of months. Will socialise and eat out as normal during these, so will likely be a slower descent back towards 14st.

Don't need locator forms anymore from a UK perspective. We still had to do attestation forms when we went to states 2 weeks ago. Need to be double jabbed to go to USA if over 18.
Rona rife atm, come back from the states a few days ago and all of us have tested positive. Symptoms similar to flu/cold

8th June - Return from holiday weight : 14st 8lb
Only gained 4lb overall, but certainly lost muscle as not trained whilst away. Sleep was poor whilst away, some of which is deffo poor diet whilst away, felt rough the last couple of days. Did a test today and clear positive for the Rona. Gonna spend the time catching up with Netflix/Youtube Didn't watch tv once whilst away. Back training tomorrow

Awesome to see the WSM results ( I followed a lot of the live reporting stuff, obv they can't stream the events). Most stacked final ever, only Mateusz Kieliszkowski missing due to injury. Tom didn't even go 100% on some events, he has also strengthened in all his 'weak' events. Despite all the chat around that recording of Luke Stoltman, not a hope in hell that final was rigged.
Novikov burnt himself out in that bus pull, stone result showed that. Shaw only does 2 events a year anyway, WSM and Shaw classic. He should probably concentrate on running more shows now. Licis did have a slight injury going into this years event and not all events were his best. Mitch Hooper burned out and inexperience showed. He could really challenge in a couple of years time

Going well guys, good to hear the updates. Personally, have had to stop trying to increase weights whilst lowering body weight. Concentrating on reps/sets with lower. Hurt my back deadlifting last month, which didn't help. On holiday next week, once back i'm going back to using full body workouts, doing individual body parts just doesn't work as well for me. Have also been caning the cardio, which has probably limited the strength/muscle gains.

You've got to be chuffed to bits with that. Feeling any benefits yet? Tight clothes not so tight is one of the best. Keep it going. Clothes too big now, going to the USA on Sunday, so will be buying smaller whilst there. Obv a lot fitter, have been doing a lot of cardio and some gym work.
