I know Fred can't get on with PP but the 16s on Adam Scott in the CIMB Classic looks a real each way gift for anyone that can. Happy to elaborate if anyone wants.

Can do this for Fred if required.

The fish market was extraordinary. Love to look at "wet fish", looks so good.

Oh man, can you imagine what any of those would taste like with some tinned tomatoes and peas....mmm

Piss off old man, my name is not Rexus. Fair play to you though, you have got him biting a treat.

And another thing, you forgot to mention the Lee & Perrins Worcester Sauce. It only works if Worcs Sauce us liberally added, gives it the zing.

Talking of which, in a cafeteria here today, I spotted Heinz Worcester Sauce. Ridiculous. Lee &Perrins is the universal choice, no other alternatives should be entertained, ever. It's like Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Jacobs Cream Crackers, Werthers Originals. They should be given a world monopoly.

I think you mean WorcesterSHIRE Sauce although I am not personally familiar with Heinz's version.

Are the Heinz version and the L&P version not the same thing? I am sure Heinz own L&P.

Sphincters.

I am not going to do a long drawn out post about the internal and external Sphincter but they are what you are enquiring about here.
Look up Poopreport.com Dr Adams website, you should find all the answers you need there.

Men and Women will "perform" differently in this arena as the pelvis plays a big part in the control and disposal of waste and the female pelvis is very different to the male so the ladies are plumbed differently as it were.

Yes. Apparently we have dozens of sphincters, but some must work differently than others. For example, when you open the number one sphincter it remains open until the job is done, whereas the number two sphincter requires constant effort.

Voluntary and Involuntary are the technical terms you describe.
Some people have amazing sphincter control learnt over years - Sticky Vicky of Benidorm fame might be an interesting point of reference for you Wink

Stumbled across Dara O Briains Go 8 Bit on Dave.

The show is no Games Master but provides great memories of classic games,a must watch for older forum members who remember Sensible Soccer , Asteroids , Tekken etc

Please view on Sky plus only as watching that bloody sofa spin round 3 times each show is a nightmare.

Two tickets booked for Iron Maiden in Nottingham next May.
My 11 year old, Joe is going to lose his mind when he finds out, but trying to keep them secret till his birthday in April.

Also, saw Ugly Kid Joe for the second time in 12 months at the Rescue Rooms in Nottingham last Friday. Absolutely brilliant show as always. Hope they're still gigging three years so I can take Joe to see them. Play 14+ shows at the moment so I can't get him there.

I was 9 when my Dad took me to my first arena gig.  I am sure your little man will never forget it either.  Have fun.

Already had him at the O2 in Birmingham for Me First And The Gimme Gimmes, and also Extreme touring Pornograffiti. His favourite so far though was Slash and Myles at Nottingham arena last year. Maiden will eclipse that though I'm sure.

I was at that Slash/Myles gig was a great night.  Sounds like his education is coming on nicely.

Just seem Martha and the Vandellas are coming to Norwich - another one to the list.

Fancy that being this years Birthday outing Boo?  18 December, tis a Sunday. - Christmas due to end that day for me so should be doable.

Westworld had a promising start this week on Sky Atlantic.

This, caught up with this yesterday morning, looks very promising.  Just hope it doesn't become another "lost", even if it does the cast should make up for it.

I hope this show delivers to its potential.  So many possibilities.
Totally hooked after 2 episodes.  Ed Harris character/performance is brilliant.

People often ask how big Glastonbury is.
This link gives one of the better impressions of scale I have seen.

Nice to see the Cowboys OL completely mash up Peko and Atkins. threw them about luike rag dolls

meanwhile

Most Pass Att Before 1st Career Int

2000-01 T. Brady 162
2016 D. Prescott 155 and counting
2016 C. Wentz 135
1984 W. Moon 131

I know you not big on backing/bragging on the Cowboys but I assume you are getting a little excited now?  Not talking SB 2016 excited but the pair (Prescott & Elliott) do look a bit special.  I know this OL can make anyone look good but this pair are beyond that?  You see a bright Cowboy future in Tightland?

Incredible performance from Michael Van Gerwin in the final of the World Grand Prix. The man is an absolute beast, hit so many doubles under pressure.

First three sets are simply unbelievable. He really is an incredible player.
