Your wife is probably right about the horror films. Maybe test the theory? Watch a bunch of mushy films and see what ya get up to in the middle of the night. Good luck today with the poker. Rumour has it, they're a soft bunch so get in there and crush 'em or summat.

I hardly ever yapped, even when I yapped. Been a bit busy lately and not really kept up with things around the place. Went to Ireland to visit Sarah and finalise the divorce last week. Landed back here to find Jack down on one knee formally proposing!!! First time I've ever had a formal 'down on one knee' proposal and I was like a giddy school girl after it. Full steam ahead now on our move to America and wedding once we get there! wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii In the meantime, I need to get a wedding dress, but there's an issue with size. I'm too damn big. lol I've been doing the Couch to 5k programme since mid-September and Jack has run along with me. Motivation and all that. I reckon he's gone with because he was sure I'd be quiet while I'm running. Too busy trying to breathe. Anyway, getting there and only a couple of weeks away from running my first 5k. Now then, if the weight would just hurry and go, I'd be able to get shopping for that dress. No pressure.

Oh my. She's sleeping now. But, given the distance we live apart, I think you'll probably hear her reaction when she sees your last comment I hardly ever Yap these days. Lovely photo of the doggies. My two favourite breeds in one shot as well. Although, I'd never get another Old English because it's a lot of work to keep them tidy.

Cliffs from last week. Before she went for her op, I removed the wedding ring from Mrs Red's finger. It was exactly 36 years to the day since I put it on there. A few hours later, I put it on again. Leicester police had a gun amnesty. "Bring in your illegal firearms, no questions asked" they said, so I did, and they grilled me like a kipper. I went for some acupuncture. A lady told me to remove my trousers and lie on my belly. Then she stuck 8 needles into my left buttock, brought me a hot drink and left me alone for half an hour. When she returned she said "Oh, you didn't drink your coffee". I was tempted to ask her how the Hell I was supposed to drink coffee while lying on my belly with with 8 needles in my arse, but I thought better of it. How's Mrs.Red now...and how's your butt?

That's fantastic!! Logically there is no reason they wouldn't have been there, but to find evidence is something else. Cant help but think it's got to really screw with the heads of the EDL types as well - those egyptian genes must have entered the gene pool along with the Romans, Vikings etc etc Very cool, however I struggle to believe the EDL would even make the connection.

Cool thing but the main issue is that people actually love getting a new phone and playing with it.
The queues outside an Apple store on launch day etc.
Can see it having a market tho, but not because people are interested in saving the planet, but more because it will be a talking point down the pub!
I've had the same HTC Desire since it first came out 3 years ago and it's only my 4th mobile phone since 1996. I definitely don't feel the need to rush to the shops every time something new comes out and would LOVE the option to replace/upgrade parts on an old one. Not because I'm trying to save the planet as such, just don't see the need to get a new one when I can get by fine with the one I have. Pity, because it's unlikely this will ever take off.
