Ok. I missed out a vital part. It was just after the Rebuy period had ended, about 10 mins after. So i hadnt let my stack dwindle down. Thanks for all your advice tho. I moved in, and was called by and i was happy to see hit the board. I would consider myself a tight player though (after the rebuys) and with that many people to act behind me, didnt really want to put my tournament on the line with just . Obviously i had to, and after your replies, i will know its right to do so every time. Although unlike as some people have commented, im not sure id make that move with the in that position if i had a stack of around 12000 (10x BB). I think i'd rather give myself another couple of rounds to find a high ace or high pair (if moving in this position). Although i would make the move in late position

Ok. Live tourney last night, 17 left. Top 9 make final table, top 4 paid. You have 5,100. Blinds are big, 600/1200, 9 seater table and you are 2 seats away from your next Big Blind. You havent had a hand all night and you get . Would you advise to stick it all in now, or continue to wait for a better hand?? Given that you are in such a bad/early position Which range of hands would you consider moving in with here, given the blinds are so big in relation to your stack??

I dropped my phone in the toilet last night. Suffice to say it no longer works. Although it could double as a rather unusually shaped vibrator, given that when the battery is inserted it vibrates constantly until the battery is eitehr flat or removed.
Thats quite weird, Le Knave also did that in the Premier Travel Inn in Walsall. I think he has it working again now though.

Meeting everyone.
Swordpoker being comedy all night, also getting the drinks in.
Winning the Heads Up comp, and not losing a match.
Finishing 2nd in my sit n go, just losing out to Indestructable.
Playing on the same table of the main event as Simon Nowab and Ironside, only to see them both raise and re-raise each other, every hand. Very entertaining.
Going out of the main event in around 40th, when my blind SB all in with 6 2, failed to beat Ironsides 7 4 (he had been the mid position raiser, lol)
Having a thoroughly enjoyable time.
Getting incredibly bevvied up, and not feeling too great yesterday.

I agree completly with Newman.
A9, 77, 88. Then again, if hes a tight and very clever player, he could have AA or KK.
But i doubt it, and you still have to move i think.
Looks like he was indeed very clever. I like this play by him.

Winner takes all though, i interpret as "Loser takes nothing".
And if you call with the 10 10, then you could easily be up against a higher pair, or usually against 2 higher cards.
And if he has higher cards, then you are only a marginal favourite to win.
(Edited, becuase i admit i made a mistake and thought, because his username different to his blonde name, that he was up against 2 people)

Definetly not much point paying 5k to see the flop when you have 18k.
You havent stated what the blinds were, but in my opinion, BECAUSE youve stated that hes a loose player who makes raises with rag aces or suited connectors then you definetly have to move all in pre flop with the 77.
Its a good move against this type of player int he long run, and he could fold for another 13, so you have plenty of equity.
You could fold 77, if he was a tight/passive player, but because hes not, just move in
