As mentioned in the pre festival posts this was my 1st time at big live event.  Was great fun and a real 'learning' experience, really well run and v friendly atmosphere.  Nice to say hello in passing to yo-yo , yogi and tikay.   

My tounie game not the best so was there really to play in some of the minor events, the side action and a few beers (well maybe more than a few   )     Could not believe how loose the side action (holdem) was!!!  Really shocked!!  Is it always like that?

Ohhh sh1t forgot it was the election. 

Went to an election party last time.....  You get lots of blue, red and yello cocktails. Give eveyone  letter(s) in the alphabet and when a constituancy is declared that begins with your letter(s) you have to drink the corresponding colour cocktail.  If an independant wins it you have to drink all 3.     

Was lots of fun except we ran out of grenadine after an hour and had to drink Blue Curacao for the next 2 months.  Maybe blackpool should sort this out to keep the railbirds amused? 

Bugger!  I'd just been down Waterstone and picked up a copy of Padooki Super System as well!

Me and a few mates are going to blackpool for next months festival.  Mostly play online and we were wondering what the side action cash games will be like midweek (not that an ealry exit is being considered!).

Are they usually PL limit or NL

Whats the typical sit down and blinds.
