Used to like this guy ^^^

Can assure you two things.

The roasters are special (triple cooked).

The Yorkies are nowhere near brittle, if you can get home made yorkies to be as brittle as you describe I have no idea what you are doing to them.

I am now dying to see your and Doobs' efforts. I expect his to be of restaurant quality and yours to be served in a trough..

Hard crowd. Beef is Silverside, Mrs Eck likes her roast well cooked so expected abuse on the overdone meat however once it has rested it is sliced and placed in the gravy to simmer for a while so it nearly falls apart. Agree more gravy needed and was added post picture along with mustard.

Bob those look amazing apart from it looks like you cut the pitta bread with a hammer.

When you read the article, it says the coalition government significantly increased spending on this scheme in last 5 years and are now looking at capping the cost of the scheme.

I presume you applaud the increased spending over the last 5 years under a Tory dominated coalition on the scheme?

Surprisingly you can't always believe ever word you read in a newspaper and how they headline it.

You come across as particularly bitter about the election result. Even Ed Balls was dignified in defeat.

Of course I'm bitter.

There has emerged a significant section of England which has never been seen before: the right wing poor.

These people are so utterly brain dead it makes me furious.

When they have to wait 6 months for a hospital appointment, have their children placed in schools they don't want them to go to and can't afford them to go to university and when public services are cut to fund tax breaks for the rich, then maybe they'll maybe they will reflect what a fuck up they've made.

Until that time we've had the most divisive governemnt since Thatcher foisted on us.

Because it was so different when Labour were last in power, or in two years time if they had got into power?

You make it sound like Cameron is a British dictator taking money off the poor to give directly to his cronies. Surely even you don't really think that?

You're living in a stereotype fantasy world sir.

Maybe you should try reading about quantitative easing.

There is a great piece by John major in today's telegraph which I would ask any hard working labour voter with aspirations to better themselves and their family to read and tell me how you can vote labour?

why would anyone pay any attention to the Telegraph? This is a paper that because their owners were in a property dispute with people from Qatar ran negative stories for weeks in the Sunday Telegraph about Qatar. Not to say there isn't a great deal to report on the Qatar governments behavior but this was borne out of nothing but self interest. Not to mention the ignoring of the story of HSBC helping clients to avoid paying tax as they were desperate to regain the advertising revenue.

It is certainly a paper that represents people wanting to better themselves just not the hard working ones you refer to.

Whats the story with LowcostUSA?

Fancy going to the Aria and they are listing the room for over £250 less than booking direct through the hotel.

I'm surprised to see such a difference, is there anything I am missing?

I notice some hotels it says 'call now' and others there is a link to 'book now' - reason?

Cheers Rotty.

We have just talked to someone who worked at an airport for aer lingus and they advised that as long as we tell them at Vegas on the return that we want the bags back in Gatwick we should get them.

Thanks Adam too but think we all have got it that you have a job in Vegas this summer, seen it on about 4 threads now... Cheesy

Looking at booking flights via Dublin wondering if anyone has any experience of this. Couple of questions;

  • Do your bags get checked in straight through to Vegas? The connecting flights out still have an overnight in Gatwick.
  • On the return flight is it possible to avoid the Dublin flight and just get on another flight home instead?
