GMG not listed in that article? Not listed on the spreadsheet. No surprise really that the article doesn't even include a footnote to say "BTW, our parent company is no better than the big ones we are just having a pop at here"

Goldfinches, greenfinches and Siskins it eat apparently.
Yes, they would eat niger, any finch would, but this is sprinkled on to spikey teasel heads. I don't think a greenfinch would have the necessary skills. A siskin might, but I haven't seen one around here for ages. Why don't the greenfinches have the same skills? What's the difference between the two (other than colour)?

Stage 4- Gently pour niger on to the teasel. (Teasel heads have spines to trap the seed and little pockets that it can fall into). Click to see full-size image. |
Just had a look and all the niger seed is gone. Only goldfinches would do this afaik. it must have happened at first light. I'm so excited Goldfinches, greenfinches and Siskins it eat apparently.

How much of our national debt could the Guardian's tax dodging pay off? They pay their tax....they just pay it in the Caymans...obv the Guardian is a Cayman newspaper and not a British one. Is this not what Vodaphone would do if they were forced to pay in full, its better to have them pay something than force them out the country? Yeah, that's pretty much the argument. It's a big problem when dealing with big business TBH. Moving one office to a tax haven is enough for them to dodge paying loads of cash. You can't blame them TBH, they are obviously mainly responsible to their share holders and noone expects them to feel a moral obligation. I do think it's funny that the Guardian does it though..they are very keen on hammering home leftist ideas but don't want to act like it themselves.

Hang on
Why does the max bet limit not reflect this.
Is that 700k per line or have I just wasted a few quid and should have done this to 2p instead of the crazy heights of 5p?
total max payout...all the bookies do this mate. Max payout for high street bookie is 1mill on any given bet, I believe Obv they will still take your money for a 70mill-1 shot but they'll only give you a 700k-1 shot even if you have it in an accy. and obv, if one of your selections loses (giving you a 35mill-1 accy or something)..you have a losing bet. I best lower my bets on your Saturday tips then, if one won I would be screwed. Nice phrasing mate

Being the abso mug punter i am I have a ew Lucky 15, ew Heinz and two decent ish EW Singles. Davey wants a new house. lets gogogo.
Your aiming to low! Goliath 494 lines at £0.05 per line Total stake for this bet: £24.70 Potential returns: £1,000,000.00 No: O/21225766/0001080 I feel dirty having just gone for singles The best bit of the slow roll is that Paddy Power obv cant handle the figures as they are so large. Actual Potential Returns should show £71,395,224.96 lol, yeah but they'll only pay you 1mill if it all comes in http://www.paddypower.com/iframe/content_terms_popup_en.htmlcapped at £700k OBv 700k would be nice and Bopkin would be delighted with it but I really hope everything comes in for him so that he'll be sick over losing 70mill

... whilst big firms and the ultra rich can get away with tax evasion and avoidance on a wholescale basis which could easily go a long way to paying off this national debt that everyone is talking about.
So how much money is lost through tax evasion by the ultra rich then? And how big is the deficit that needs to be plugged? National debt at the moment stands at £966bn. The fact that one company by paying their bill in full can reduce that by almost 1% is a staggering figure imo but not quite as staggering as the fact that they are allowed to just write it off. It is estimated that the strike the other day cost the economy £500m so whilst the public sector strikes got front page coverage everywhere its real cost to the economy was actually about 6% of that one single deal that Vodafone did and yet that barely managed to get on the front page of the broadsheets. Well, they didn't want to lose their advertising revenue did they? (Obv, not saying that that was behind the desicion not to hound Voda....well, it was for one paper ....alledgedly and only according to someone senior I know at Voda)

Oh mate, you Philistine! If you're going to select a Belgian beer, at least choose a decent one! Oops its Cidre!!!Anything from Belgium >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ROW My personal favourite (of very very many!): Highly recommend a road trip to Belgium and bouncing around a few cities. Boring place, but scenic and amazing beer! Hands down winner IMO. Haven't had a Ko in aaaaaaaaages....absolutely lovely. Can't beat sitting in a Belgian bar supping a Bollecke (distinctive glass) at 7 in the morning!!!! Yep, used to drink it a LOT when in Amsterdam. Sitting out on a terrace, nice bit of sunshine and a lovely Ko in front of me. Happy days.
