Artichokes, onion, and 1 2 cloves of garlic a day can help lower blood cholesterol, although it is not known why. Walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, linseed, wheat germ, and soybeans all provide linoleic acid, the essential fatty acid that lowers total cholesterol and, to sonic extent, reduces the tendency of the blood to form harmful clots.
Yeah baby, "to sonic extent" is definately the best thing i ever read, dunno about you guys.

Recently read:
"The man behind the shades, The rise and fall of Stuey 'The Kid' Ungar" it was an amazing read, it was extremely moving and completely inspirational. I would reccomend this book to any gambler/poker player it was top quality.
Also
"The proffessor, the banker and the suicide king. Inside the richest game of all time" Which is also a good read, i havent finished it yet but it goes into amazing details about $10'000 - $20'000 NL.. a subject we should all brush up on... hahaha
