thanks guys, its  friday night an it feels like this week has taken a year .
 jane has realy improved in the last 48 hours she has got 70/80% of her use back in her left side and she took her first steps today. she will be in hospital for a couple of weeks for rehab. she is in a really positive mood so that helps us all , like i said earlier she is a tough one, she has coped much better than i have, weird reallly, 

anyway im off for some precious kip before the weekend shift.

all the best for the grosvener grand prix to you all,   make sure you raise a glass to jane and ill see you all sometime in the not so  near future.

cant wait for her to give me a bollokin when im goin out the door to some faraway poker tourney. the words " donT comebACK WITHOUT SOME MONEY OR IT WONT BE WORTH WHILE"   WILL BE A JOY TO HEAR .

ty for your kind words folks, unfortunatley jane had a stroke 5 mins after she picked me up on my return from vienna , she is in the high dependancy unit at chorley hospital  in lancs, she is recovering well and she has regained some use of her left side so we are hoping she keeps improving. me and the kids are taking each day as it comes at the moment but she is a tough old bird so im sure she willl be alright.

well done well done , he better bring the bacon home , comon tyler after the week we have had i need to score as your jockey .

the worst thing aboutt the week wasnt matt getting mugged or me being a complete div going after them it was the incredible snoring coming from tylers hippo type lungs which incredibly got louder after  the mugging. then to cap it off i had to travel home with simon zach which i have to say was a treat of the fragrant variety .

just a couple of comments to your questions, you have a very successful business which you have delegated , not only responsibility but shares, so ,you answer your own questions were staff , motivation and financial reward etc are concerned, you know it is a matter of CONFIDENCE .
You are back to RISK REWARD , a position you were probably in when you advanced SF so quickly in the late 90s early 2000s. So my advice to you would be follow your gut instinct , it is the main skill you have, it is tried and tested,  back it with the confident entrepreneur you are and success will follow.

Now, if i was your adviser on this project i would be worried by your thought process on some of your revenue streams, you do seem to be quite unsure as to how your are going to project there image to your customer base.

Word of mouth will be exactly that,and you will be swallowed up. Your club will, without doubt, have downtime in its earning power from your different revenue streams , so you must create a definitive plan which detail the relevant timings you will be earning to the max to the least profitable times . take the worst time for earning potential and detail you plans from that point. target advertising marketing etc from this point and you will fill in from the bottom , IE food services Monday to Wednesday. how do you fill it , what type of individual do you want in, i suspect a different one to Friday sat nights.
