Tikay - a grandad? - I actually convinced our entire table in Jesolo that Tikay was my grandad - they all fell for it until i tried to call him it to his face. When he came to see how i was doing. - i said - "oh, there you are grandad", this was meant with a quick snigger and "f**k off" from Tikay and my bluff was exposed.

Just been perusing my way through the hendon mob forum.  i used to really like reading posts on there but it seems it has now descended into childish remarks and petty squabbles that aren't even related to poker in some instances (anybody else agree?).  Its so refreshing and pleasing to see a friendly forum like blonde flourish so quickly and contain a good bunch of characters with some articulately presented and knowledgeable comments (ironside and Tikay excluded of course - but your bound to get leakage in a public forum! :-) )

Lets hope it stays this way!

playing short handed under pressure as a low stack or applying the pressure as a big stack and negotiating your way to the final is a massive part of the game and a real big part of tournament strategy - leave it as it is. There is nothing like that "oh no, i'm gonna bubble feeling!" (tikay? :-)) - if you start changing this then where do you draw the line when mr 11th and 12th suddenly decide they want 13 round the last table with 3.50 for 12th and free parking (2) for 13th!!

i have placed my vote. - lets not take away this key part of any tournament.

I'll set my grandfather Geoff on to you!

Anyway- i have just bought a new poker book - 'how to change your playing style to a rock in 10 days' - your gonna notice a real difference soon.

'pinchy'!  'loose goose'!

what are you and Tikay trying to do to me?!! - now i'll never get a bluff through!

yup on-line no probs but believe me in live poker it really really slows down the game, which is not good!

noooooooooooo! to running antes, they tick me off and there are soo many people who constantly forget/deliberately forget to put them in without being asked. - i would rather have an additional small blind or not at all.

BAN RUNNING ANTES!

excellent summary from a very keen / knowledgable and eager to please card room manager, who is always eager to take on board feedback - well done all at Notts!

If slow-mo gets out there as well, they might have to make a seventh day to accommodate both of your long dwells.
Good Luck
