Basically its a live draft with positions selected randomly. You then take turns to select players to form your team for the season. Trades between teams are ongoing throughout the season and you can drop and pick up players on waivers as free agents when the season starts.
H2H is head to head. Each week you get a match against another team where your players score points dependent on their performances. You then build a score throughout the season and the top 4 make the play offs.
