Class! Pure and Simple.

Can't believe so many people were owned though!

My picture could easily have gained the actual title as it sort of does involve me and a "close mate" in a vertical 69 position....

If you know your car is worth more than what they are offering, go onto car sites and try and find 3/4/5 examples of simliar models to yours that are the same price, print them off and send them to the insurance company. You are more than entitled to refuse an offer from them if you can prove what they are offering is taking the piss/lot less than the TMV (True Market Value).

G.A.P is a good thing yes and some swear by it, some curse it as it does add a lot on to you policy (and in truth not worth it on a car less than 10K). People usually only hear of it after they have the crash though!

Dont bother with going to other complaints divisions other than the insurance companies, they are very unlikely to bow into any outside pressure due to them actually having a leg to stand on.

Its up to you to prove the car is worth more, if you cant then you have no choice. And with the current car climate bein so poor (which is why im buying lol) I wouldnt be surpirsed if your car has dropped that much.

If your willing to post the make and year of car (mileage/model etc), how much paid for it and how much they are offering, perhaps I/someone can do some research for you...

The second issue concerns the timing chain tensioners which have occasionaly failed resulting in terminal engine damage... In nearly all cases, an engine rattle after a cold start serve as a warning sign what the tensioners are worn and need to be replaced. More on this can be found in an article published in the dec 2003 issue of Classic Jaguar World Magazine which we were allowed to reproduce here on Jag-Lovers (click here for article)

Think a lot of people are eating there words, Jay z seems to be rocking it.

I think it was a typical thing, ppl not even heard half his stuff (basically the "rockers") got on the 'slam hip hop at glasto' bandwagon.

He was always gonna put on a good show, hopefully glasto will evolve a bit from this.

Wombats - Love them, end of!

Just wanted to say well done Rooky, good time.

Thought id better post on here too as I was one of the first to say id be up for this.

Well as it stands I am running 3 times a week, but more rugby specific stuff so short 40-minute burst stuff with different intensities and rest times, what I was always taught to call incremental training.

MORE importantly I feel is that I have change my eating habts and not that I used to eat Pies and Pasties, but I'm just eating much more balanced and controlling my fat intake. this is to see a more healthy and prolonged weight loss, but as I am not cutting down on Carbohydrate intake, my energy levels for resistance training is not depleted. Hence, I can focus on fat loss and muscle gain (as any rugby player should).

Good luck anyone doing the 10K uns, I was hoping to do the Cradiff half-marathon (which is a great run for anyone) but I just cant see my training being suited to that sort of distance. We will see though, who knows!
