Both ways of running Double Chance Freezeouts are acceptable by the Gaming Commission so long as it is stated before the competition starts, which one it is.

So you don't have to be stuck just running it one way LordandMaster.

Btw see you in Nottingham soon I'm sure.

From what I've sort of speed read, you can change your tactics throughout the round.

SO long as you are done before the tee shot of the hole you are changing.

Sounds good.

Wish I could change tactics on Battrick occassionally.

League: V.113

Team                              Pld Won Tie Lost Points Net RR
1. Weezies                         7    7     0    0      28    24.73
2. Bloody Blokes                  7   6       0   1      24     3.70
3. Goff's Greats part deux!   7    5       0   2      20     8.92
4. Jellystone Parkers            7    4       0   3      16    -0.77
5. danielcc                         7    3       0   4      12     2.80
6. nw10 kids                      7    2      0    5       8      -4.49
7. Vernon Carus                 7    1      0     6      4      -18.06
8. new villa                        7    0     0     7       0      -16.83

Vernon Carus and New Villa both got new managers about 3 weeks ago, and look likely to finish where they are. NW10 kids and Danielcc were the ones i knew I had to fight against to do anything in the league. They both seem to have a couple of better players than me but I feel my team is quite strong compared to them.

As for the top 3. They have several quality players each, but Weezies definately deserve their spot at the top, with 4 batsmen in the top 5 Averages. They were the relegated team from the season before.

If the second half goes as well as the first half i'll be happy enough. If I could get myself a positive RR I'd feel much happier

Finally

And that's the end of the match. Jellystone Parkers won by 19 runs.

A win to take me to 4th in the table.

4 wins and 3 losses at the midway point.

Just have to get a Blonde Cup team together now.

End of Over 22: 125-0, runrate=5.68, reqrunrate=7.29 (328-6)
Wadanambi 1-0-5-0
Ghandi* 45 (67 balls)
Neill 77 (66 balls)

They are just under the RR at the moment.

Perhaps I wanna leave the openers in??

I've given them a target to go for.

If I can get past the openers, I'll feel quite confident.

And that's the end of the match. Weezies won by 306 runs.
Weezies 351-1
Jellystone Parkers 45-10

End of Over 13: 45-10, runrate=3.46
Killen 7-2-11-6
Cullip* 0 (0 balls)

12.6 W Killen to Batson
Batson edges and Smith takes it easily. Cheerio!
12.5 . Killen to Batson
Slower delivery, pushed down the track, Killen diving to his right to get the ball, well fielded.
12.4 W Killen to Ormerod
A massive edge and it's caught behind by Smith!
12.3 W Killen to Kobus
Killen shouts like a kid on Christmas morning, and the umpire's given him out LBW!
12.2 W Killen to Gleeson
That's an absolute peach of a delivery, finds the edge, and Smith takes it at the second attempt.

13th over. Unlucky for some.

Game Over. Goodnight.

Well their innings is finally over.

Things looking good. Just hope i can bat for a while rather than the usual 12 OVers when chasing any total.

I logged on to discover they were batting first. Results thus far

End of Over 28: 194-0, runrate=6.93
Kobus 4-0-31-0
Smith* 87 (85 balls)
Bull 102 (83 balls)

One of his openers has a BT rating more than my whole team combined I think. HEHEHE. The openers add up to over 70,000

Still most of my team are resting. The others can rest the weekend.

Gotta try to get some fitness back.

Gonna go through this myself when my ex takes my 7 year old boy to Oz later this year.

I look on it as an opportunity for him. It's gotta be a better way of life there, and hopefully if he is good at something he will be pushed to his best at it. Unlike this country where people can have a tendency to be held back if they are good at anything.

I'm going to probably cripple myself financially by going there on a yearly basis to see him, as all her family are there, there is no reason for her to come back to England.

Regular Skype and video calls will be used as well.
