The site was a shambles. There were people depositing huge amounts that were never being processed by their banks. Red pros were getting 100% rakeback based on table rake, so they were playing full ring holdem as tight as possible and getting vastly more rakeback than they generated. Affiliates were getting big cuts as well. And the shareholders were getting big payouts on top of all that. There def wasn't any money left when it finally went down.
El Blondie was completely broke in the Phillipines and lived off the $25, maybe $50 per hour FT paid its red pros before rakeback, playing 1c-2c PLO. He was left with no income when they pulled the plug.

I made some tentative moves about forming a players union about 20 years ago.
What I quickly found out was that poker players are grade a+ moaners, but aren't interested in doing anything about the things they moan about.

Up the Posh Gonna be a fun season this. We played McCarthy's giants off the park for an hour the other night but then lost our two best headers of the ball and got bombarded. Awful team to watch Cardiff. Anyways, West Brom and Fulham are miles clear of the rest in the Champo. SpreadEx have them finishing 15+ points ahead of all bar Bournemouth. The dual forecast was 12-1 pre-season. If you look at that price the current 11-2 with Shy seems thin after three games but it's not, it's golden. Max bet please if we're still looking to add to the portfolio. Don't leave out the Superhoops.

what does "80% efficacy" actually mean?
Doesit men if 10 vaccinated people are exposed to the virus, 8 will get the diasease? or does it mean each person has 20% chance of catching the disease if exposed to it?

I like this comment.
Before this, I think the dumbest winner in tournament poker history was that guy who sold over 100% of his action for the EPT championship, then went on to win $1 million and owe more than he could pay. Actually maybe that is still the dumbest move ever. But this is 2nd place.
I have a vague memory of this around 10 or 15 years ago, was EPT San Remo & it was a Dutch fella, Constant Risenberg or something similar. He was said to have sold 130% of himself as I recall. A very famous British player did this in a 10k tournment in Vegas about 15 years ago too. Amazingly he still gets staked in big tournaments. Is there a reason he's not named? Yes, no reason to name him unless her ever asked for staking on here. Then I'd warn any potential investors.

Mental health and gambling addicitons are no joke and I think this debacle will probably bother him in the back of his mind. I think it may help him feel right if he ever squared everyone off. I would donate the money to a mental health charity if he ever did.
Anyway I wish him well, hope he's turned his life in a positive direction and doing well.
You're one of lifes good eggs Cos. This post reflects well on you.
