A great read.

Strangely, I want to go visit there but then again I defiantly don't want to.

Nice to see this topic back. Looks like a solid 8.5/10 to me but doubt that rating will not come under fire.

Thanks for posting.

Thought that I should post. I know nothing about cycling but love to watch Tour De France and just wanted to say I love your posts and the effort you put in.  When I get more time I may watch other events.  In the mean time keep up the good work.

Regards

Just moved house so can't really justify it...  fresh air could be a good idea though.

Nice one Longy.

Even better (for me any way). Ours has 3 laps so you can drop out at the end of lap 1, lap 2 etc. and just build up.

I am still hurting from Sat's one and when back on it do every other WE as work gets in the way for more, but happen to be off this Saturday so will do this week too.  Out tonight for a couple of K stretch.

One of the reasons I love park run is the distance. 5k is perfect,  if you want a race you will get one at whatever level you are at.  Most peeps with a bit of training can get to that distance.  For me I have on going knee issues and know if I only had a 10k race available to me I would train to hard and hurt myself.  So a nice fast 5k is perfect aim for me.

"Targets any one?  I am hoping for about 26.30 as I ran 27.45 on the last one."

26.49  for me showed as an unknown but I know it was me, wasn't sure the recorder scanned me properly.

Burly scaffolder son ran 30.31 after getting dragged out of bed by yours truly Smiley
