I was thinking of going this weekend to my local Parkrun for the first time. Need to get soem fitness back. However, i've managed to come down with a cold, so will have to give it a miss. There was a video on facebook of my local run last weekend, and there must have been well over 100 people there!
Ul run better Its always there next week, 100 is a lovely number, all abilities too.

Have been meaning to get one for years but it just never happened. Recently MIL passed away and she did the WHSmith do it your self jobbie for about £15 which flew through the Probate process, although as you might expect her estate was very straight forward. Without that will it could have been a mare.
On the back of that I finally got my done by a solicitor at a cost of £190 for the wife and I. He identified a nice little touch that would protect our kids inheritance, we would never have known this our self and worth the fee alone. They really are a must.
Regards
Steve

I am hoping for about 26.30 as I ran 27.45 on the last one. PB 23.11, yikes some work required. Gl to any runners. Steve

Hateful Eight- The last hour was decent, but I can't forgive the total waste of 2 hours of my time in the slow boring build up to the action. 5/10
Going to the 70mm Panavision presentation in Leicester Square on Monday, can't wait. Loved every second of it watched it 2 nights in a row something I have never done. The build up, the scenery, the kinda of old day western feel. 9/10 Pretty sure I am going to see it for the 3rd time on the big screen,
