The best advice nowadays is the articles you find in magazines.

Even the Alex Martin ones?!

I don't hate Ken Bates, he saved the club when no one else would and thereby saved us from the threat of extinction which would have been unthinkable. Hes also done an extremly good job getting the finances back in very good shape. I think this is the only issue which Acid & I frequently disagree on.

Its horrible atm tho, for me to expect to go away to Hereford and fully expect to lose is just ridiciolous.

Just cut their losses and close?

HAHA they should have given up the day after this......http://www.yorkcityfc.com/history/manua.php

"United put out one of their strongest sides with the intent of mauling City but the tables were turned as City, assembled at a cost of just over £100,000 and with odds of 20-1 to win, gave Alex Ferguson's men a footballing lesson."

+ York have never had £1m pounds let alone £50m at their disposal, from the champions league to copy/cutting n pasting conference table, lol wp!

Passed the +$20K barrier on STT's in the last couple of weeks, with my combined Blonde & DTD accounts, pleased with that...

Like it  thumbs up

That's some mighty grinding, what level do you typically play at?

Its about $30k with the rakeback/loyalty scheme from the two having thought about, 7,000 approx games since June 2007 at an average stake of $39 on DTD (roi 6%), $34 on blonde (roi 9%), according to Sharkscope (and in fairness there records nearly match mine bang on).

I've only played on blonde since xmas though as had a rocky patch on DTD, the traffic is not massive, but 6-tabling I play (all 6 seaters) 'Metropolis' table - $50 normal STT, 'Berlin' table - $30 normal STT, & $30 DYM which i'm winning at a rate of about 63% - 65% at the mo touch wood even if they are rake killers...  The normal STT's take priority, the DYM's i play if traffic is slow...
