The best time to run!

Anyone fancy a bit of a run on the sunday morning? I'm short of miles and tight on time to fit some in so will have to do it on Sunday morning. I'm getting very bored very quickly when running now, so some company, even just non talking company, might help.

Having lived in Leeds for 4 years until this summer I know a few routes, taking in canals around Leeds. Routes could be anything from 3 miles to 13 - depending if anyone is interested!

Anyway, I'll be doing it setting off from near the armouries late sunday morning, and finishing before the Newcastle game at 2pm.

Agree that taking it just because a partnership is going well is v dodgy. Ideal timing must usually be between 37 to 44 - the more wickets down the earlier you take we. We just seem to have one very basic idea. Without KP we are very ordinary.

The holiday inn express car park is also ales car park. Ales hand out validated tickets to customers. All you do is get one of those on the Sunday and you have free parking!

2 seasons with an decent number of the squad already the wrong side of 30 would worry me if I was Chelsea management.
