The important point here is - how long did you wait before you put it in the fridge. If it was longer than 2 hours (ie it was in the box as you played a tourney and then 3 hours later u think i'll put that in the firdge)  bin it -- its not worth it. If it went in the fridge 2 hours or less after purchase heat it quickly and make sure it is piping  hot right through before comsumption. If you don't eat it tonight bin it anyway...........

Personally I'm with claw its all crap anyway..............

Whenever i had muscle fatigue, I used to mix Poteen/Olive oil together and rub it in -- if you don't mind smelling like a cross of a brewery/chip shop it helped circulation.
