Cheesy

You been at the WKDs Jaffa?
Not at all mate, just spent a lot of time getting exact facts for that OP, when I basically knew them as a Newcastle fan and had had my own personal bet already on the back of them. Knew that writing generic stuff like "these guys don't score many goals" isn't enough for the great and good of TfT so spent half an hour collating facts to make a proper post, that was blanked by the clique, when my man scores twice to become top scorer it was ignored and the repost was ignored too. I'll spend me half hour looking at pictures of Steve Bruce at weddings in future

I'm interested in Papis Cisse to be top Newcastle scorer next season. He's due back from injury September at the latest, have been some stories that he'll be fit for the start of the season, tho he's not been seen in preseason so imagine that won't happen. He'll miss a few games.

Looking at the summer signings, Newcastle have signed a lot of support striker types, without any out and out goalscorer. Cisse was poor last season, never got a long run in the side and was a sub for a lot of it. He does score goals in clutches tho, and as his season showed before that, he's quality on his day.

I'd expect the top scorer to only get around 12 next season. What price would u make Cisse without looking?

(Newcastle's top two scorers from last year, Cabaye and Remy, have gone. Riviere got 14 in 44 for Monaco last season, got 9 in 44 and 17 in 73 for his previous clubs. De Jong got 57 in 168 for Ajax,  9 in 28 last year. Ayoze got 17 in 50 for Tenerife, he's one for the future. Ferreyra has never been a first choice, got  in 13 for Shakhtar, could be thrown in but hopefully not relying on him. Remy Cabella got 14 in 37 from midfield for Montpellier.)

10/1?

About this, maybe 8/1, but is he going to stay the season? Will he be in the African Cup of Nations?

Riviera first choice, I assume?

Difficult to tell who is first choice. He's injured so pretty impossible for him to be sold in this transfer window. Defo a danger in Jan but if he's scoring I can't see him going. If he's not the bet's dead anyways. There is a danger of African Cup of Nations, tho that doesn't normally cost too many games if and when.

You can have 14/1 with B355, the red shouty man has a very generous 5/1 quote. I think a proper price is somehwere in betweem, same as u guys

Pretty chuffed with my 14/1 ticket tonight even if Fred didn't want any (and even if it gives Pardew a stay of execution). My most thoroughly researched Fred post the OP here...
Wish I was in the clique

What will The Sun front page headline be in the first edition after the result is known?
Win
Och Aye the No 5/2 Independence Nay 9/2 Kingdom United 5/1 Union Back 6/1 Scotcha 8/1 Smoked Salmond 7/1 C U Jimmy 12/1 Cameron gets off Scot Free 10/1 Nay Bother 16/1 Freedom 12/1 NAY-bours, everybody needs good NAY-bours 12/1 Scotch Missed 16/1 Tattie Bye 16/1 Untied Kingdom 16/1 We're Bravehurt 16/1 YESH 16/1 Glas-gow f*** yourselves then 20/1 Haggis this is goodbye 20/1 Independence Yay 16/1

Any fancies from betfair's special?

Will take Evens any other. How they not give 'any other' a price when the above book comes to 190%?
Pretty brave of you Chomps when I've posted what it is on the last page already. They tweet their front page about 11pm every night, I was ready for a coup, know people who work for Times too so coulda got an early nod but couldn't find the bets

I think its the first headline published after the result is known for sure.  So not sure on the actual headline in question whether it's Friday or Saturday's paper.  Given there are multi editions each day have no idea how they will settle tbh.
That's pretty ambiguous given I doubt they'll run a straight result story first on sat as it will be old news. Be some kind of follow up like Salmond quitting etc

where are these bets mate? Independence Nay is a no channer, how do u get that on a front page

betfair sportsbook.  I really like nay bother at 16/1 if i had to have a bet.
Still can't find it? any clues? I think Kingdom United fits well from headline writing point of view, looks nicer to have slightly longer word first, Union Flag in the background...Och Aye the Nay fits well with two words on each line too.

they closed the market now.  Sun writers probably filled them in.
Has This Bloke Got Inside Info with a Scottish bloke carrying a The End is Nigh sign. Bookies win again

Yeh has to be tonight on midweek champs league action it says. Gonna watch man c v bayern but those barca ones look good. Will nasti play? 16/1 first goal or Navas at 23/1 any good?

Is it a standard stake not returned free bet jeff?
erm....risk free bet, £20 cash back if it loses. Guess that means stake returned right so don't need to look for the 10/1 plus jobbies?

Weird one.  Depends if you get the stake back if the bet wins as well as if it loses.  Seems confusing compared to most free bet offers.

£25 free bet (ie WillHill) at 10/1
if win +250
if lose zero loss

£25 refund if bet loses (ie Unibet) at 10/1
if win +250
if lose zero

Surely exactly the same thing in reality.
Lol making my head hurt too. Of nasri playing I'm all in blind

Who was top woman?

Dee.

Shame they didn't evict them at the same time, like Lauren/Ricci the other night.
Ricci still out first on the vote, don't think they ever truly go out together
