I'm no Megan fan but I haven't heard anyone trash her yet. I've see quite a few posts against the Queen though the majority of them Liverpool fans
Can't really get upset about someone dying at 96. I don't even think it is because I am a bit of a Republican either. If it was someone I was close to or had a big impact on my life it might be different. I hope that she ends her life in the way she would want and it is relatively pain free, and that Charles is a good king.
What is weird is the amount of people using this as another excuse to trash Meghan. Surely she wouldn't be showing up if she wasn't welcome? Maybe give it a few days before getting back on the self promotion through trashing Meghan bandwagon. [/quote]
I went to the New Forrest on Sunday for the first time, although i knew about the wild horses I was quite surprised to see any. To be honest the didn't look very wild just mildly pissed off that i was there.
They are wild, they're just used to seeing people Andy. A bit like the lions in Kenya or the pigeons in... everywhere.
I bet you can't get hold of one.
When my bro and I were 10 and 12 we came up with a plan to catch a wild horse. He lured it under a tree with a trail of bread and I slipped gently from the branch where I was hiding onto its back.
The thing was it heard me coming and moved out of the way like lightning so I didn't actually land on its back, l landed on my arse on the ground and was very lucky not to be beheaded by the hoof that flashed past my ear-hole as the horse lashed out.
Moral of the story, approach all horses, wild or otherwise, boldly and openly. If you behave like a predator, they will behave like prey.
Ha ha, do you think you could have tamed it if you managed to capture it?
It was just one of the many occasions when we tried to kill ourselves and failed.
and that's exactly what's wrong with the world today, the youth of today are to wrapped up in cotton wool getting offended by everything instead of living and learning.

Interesting to read that the Sopranos series fans were disappointed with Many Saints...
As someone who hasn’t seen a single episode of the series, but who really enjoys the genre, I must say that it was largely enjoyable. Perhaps I’m easily pleased, but I enjoy seeing the recreation of the previous eras. I think they did a decent job of the mid-sixties in this film.
I would definitely agree that Tony Soprano was very much a bit-part in this film, so agree that it was oversold on the basis of detailing his childhood and ascent into the mobster life. To that extent, I understand your ire as Sopranos fans. Setting that aside, though, I thoroughly enjoyed the meandering plot lines, and most of the characterisations. It wouldn’t surprise me if Ray Liotta was nominated for best supporting actor in the various gong-shows. Glancing at Wiki I believe the script was subject to some criticism, but it was good enough for me.
So, if what you expect from a New Jersey mobster flic are some psychotic anti-heroes engaging in dangerous liaisons, casual murder and double-crossing, set in some lovingly reconstructed 1960s settings, then this film won’t disappoint. Given that young Tony is still a young lad at the end of this film, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Sopranos sequel Part II in the near future. In the meantime, I think I might just go and see it again and seek out the Sopranos on streaming services.....
David Chase has just signed a 5 year deal with HBO Warner. May not be related but i suspect it is.
As another big fan of Sopranos i too was a little disappointed but i still enjoyed it 5.5/10 for me (anything over 5/10 is watchable)
off to see it tmmr..crossing fingers not too much Woke nonsense embedded in it
There is a bit tbh but it does fit in with the plot. And unlike Spectre where it was 2 1/2 hours with loads of plot that didn’t need to be in there I thought this was 2 1/2 hours of right up there with the best Bond films.
I can't remember the last Bond I watched, might have myself a Daniel Craig marathon one weekend.
Started them about 6 weeks ago. Next on the list is Live and Let Die with the gorgeous Jane Seymour. Really enjoyed them all so far. No way would they get away with the PC crowd nowadays.
I went to see No Time to Die last night. Solid 8/10 for me but would have been 9 without certain bullshit lol
