Doesn't seem ridiculous to me that people make mistakes when they don't know the rules to a language (in this case maths). What is pretty whacky is the 'head in the sand' attitude when corrected and introduced to universal rules, without which we'd be left guessing (which is what I was doing, seeing as I hadn't done a sum like this since school where I dropped maths and didn't sit the exam!).

Like I said, I've learned somethin that I'd either forgotten or not taken in first time round which is kinda cool!

Not ashamed to say I got this WRONG...I simply don't know the rules of operation...maths was never my thing at school and never paid attention so won't blame my teachers, they must've shown me at some point, it just failed to sink in...so at 39 I've learned somethin pretty fundamental!!! Funny how we can be pretty advanced in some fields and entirely remedial in others....Da Vinci must've been some bloke!

haha gave this a go, just went with initial gut feeling for all except question 5 which took me a minute...and ended up going against the first guy that popped into my head. Interested to see results.

wp....old fashioned bookies online for me so the best I could do was back the draw...they throw the book at a kid for bowling no-balls to order yet the faceless money men behind this fiasco will just move on to the next shady deal. Shaking my head

Can pretty much safely say I'll NEVER bet boxing again after having taken 13/2 Marquez just before the bell only to see him outwork, outskill and outpunch Pac virtually all fight and have it stolen from him. I backed the draw in running to cover myself as the only way I could see them stitching him up would be to declare a bogus draw but to actually give Pac the fight is up there with the worst decisions I've seen and there have been a few!

4 from 4 losers for me from this thread.

[ ] I run good

Is your name Jonah?

I am going to be backing Miss Bounty win/place in the 3:55 @ L/Field.  Please don't back it Sir Percival.

Couldn't find a decent pic but this reminded me of the character Eddie Mush in A Bronx Tale...

Was looking at the 2:55 last night and liked Aikman's debut. Jumped really cleverly and wasn't ridden hard when the winner quickened. Think they may overbet the fav. gl

WBC rules fight a 'technical draw' giving Hopkins his belt back. Californian Boxing Commission hasn't ruled yet but expected to declare a 'no contest'. Either way, Hopkins gets his belt back (correctly IMO) but shouldn't change things re bookies and payouts (fwiw if Hills decide to take money out of my account as a result I'll be withdrawing the balance!).
