Even if Ivey had noticed the flaw and taken advantage... so what? Casinos fault for putting on the game surely.
Unless they're about to contact everyone who had played and lost when there were imperfect cards and offer them refunds then I don't see how they've got a leg to stand on.
True, they should pay up for this reason. I still question Ivey's morals though. It's pretty close to stealing.

Adrian Street was entertaining, with his make-up.
And Johnny Kwango headbutting people seemed entertaining at the time, though it seems hard to imagine why now.
Classic picture of Adrian Street with his father.

You have been equally , by ignoring the question of how cushy these people will get life in prison......just posing another question instead... The main concern should be keeping the public safe, not if they have a TV in their cell. You can hang them, but that achieves very little but satisfy vengeance, which shouldn't be the aim of a civilised society. Most people who commit these acts have no fear of dying, and it probably won't deter others. All debates should be focused on how we stop this from happening in the future.

Sorry, yes, I live in a terraced house, so am guessing it's a party wall. It's just that in the area above their kitchen there is no upstairs room, so the wall stops being shared. I was hoping that it remains a party wall all the way up regardless, but from the sounds of these posts it would seem not. Would love to share the cost as any work to that wall requires scaffolding as they have conservatory windows underneath. The suggested work is 'pointing', and the issued was raised by my neighbour, not me.

There's some work that needs doing on side of the house. Property documents say 'boundary features' on that side are the neighbour's responsibility, so I thought walls might be the same. Is this usually the case, and if so, does it matter if it's only a shared wall on ground level when the work required is further up? Now I've read this, it really is a boring question. Apologies, but any pearls of wisdom appreciated.
