bt are total lying knuts had a very similar prob about a month ago was 2nd in chips at final table for a $2400 package and got discoed, took 40 mins talking to some indian gentleman that was hardly understandable, finally got me back but was almost blinded away, no chance of any compensation as wasnt discoed for 2 days !!! they kept saying there was no prob anywhere with the line, but when i rang back the next day they said there was a prob.
happy ending was i did qualify via a live satalitte but that was no thanks to the lying fkers at bt
