I know backing horses at odds on is a sure road to the poor house but Master Minded comfortably beat most of this lot at Cheltenham a month ago. Ascot is a better track for him as he prefers going right handed and the 2 horses who could give him a race (Big Zeb, Woolcombe Folly) are not in this race. His jumping has improved, and the breathing op he had last year have made a big difference.
I managed to get on at 4/5 with Stan James this morning but still think this is a great bet at 3/4 (sporting bet) or 8/11 generally.
