Im glad they didnt try to go overboard on the humour to start with as it would have seemed a bit too much. A few more humourous moments would have been good but thought it was good overall.

the nfl has teased us withextending the season to 18 weeks but I think if they did that youd have to have a secheduled bye week for all teams at week 9 or 10 in order to give teams a break

ive got a double on the Packers n Pats to cover the spread

again first came out didnt bother with it , watched an episode where they drive to london and now watch every episode

havent seen the spread but heres my suggestions

Cincy will beat NY Jets by about 7-10  (last week was just the reserves playing)

Green Bay will beat Arizona tho i traditionally dont like going against the home team in the playoffs

New England will beat Baltimore itll be close ish but homefield advantage , lots of experience in high pressure games and Bill Bellichecks scheming are too many factors for the ravens to over come

Dallas will beat Philadelphia i think but id stay away from this one as divisional rival games the rulebook gets thrown out really could go any which way

funny im almost in the same boat after the worst badrun ive had in 3 years i stopped poker for the last 3 weeks, im still up for the year but the amount of bad beats ,bubbling, and unfathomable calls  put a serious dent in my profit i thought i lost my poker mojo , i wasnt comfortable with my game and it was showing in my results.

So withdrew my money from the 3 poker sites i use (leaving roughly $20 in each) and boosting my poker bank account to just shy of £1000 , ive played one or 2 games and seem to be regaining my game but currently treating it as more of a hobby allthough i have reread a few books that taught me to play just to refresh myself but the problem with online play you dont get alot of time to calculate so have to play a lot on experience.

like you im trying to focus on the fun aspect of it but also spending more time with my boy(no badthing) xbox and work andtruth be told im not missing it that much

whilst I think there are some genuine mitigating factors in this case the chinese have certainly set an effective deterrent to drug smugglers , its just unfortunate that drug smugglers use unwitting and unsuspecting mules to move their stuff

that said if i were travelling in that neck of the words i would be extremely vigilant over my case/bag

decent film not as good as resevoir dogs/pulp fiction or Kill Bill but not without its charms

opening scene really drags you in , as was the scene in the cellar , also liked the bit with the courageous german refusing to comply even when faced with certain death

bits that didnt work for me

the rock track as the cinema owner gets dressed , the alternate history really took me out of the film, mike meyers as the general almost expected him to say ohhhh behave!!!

it just the advert gets played ad nauseum took me a couple of weeks before i realised what they were actually selling its on so much it integrates itself to the background
