Lost 1 lb  this week really suprised would have pt money on me putting weight on.Aiming for a really good week so i can pass the 1 stone total loss barrier

had 10 e/w  the question is do i let it ride on to the next

19st 12 lb       3 lb loss    total loss 11 lb    very happy first mini goal achieved getting under 20st. This thread is helping a lot even though i dont post in it often

3 1/2 lost this week 8 pounds total  hopefullly get under 20 stone next week

4 1/2 lbs lost   solid start still lots of work to do.Will be looking to up my gym work this week

My gym is in my garden and it is redic how hard i find it to get motivated to go in it.There is always an exscuse if you want to find one.Been in today and yesterday  and am enjoying it.In a strange way i like waking up aching from going in the gym

Had a good day today. Cancelled my lift and have started walking to and from work(approx 3mile round trip) Off in gym now and then will be munching on pheasant breast with veg.

just had 8 pints of lager and feel bad about  it  eating is going well tho.Starting gym 2morrow and looking forward to it
