Wasn't sure to post on this topic seen as i'm quite new to blonde and don't no u personally but all i wanted to say was i went through the exact same thing when i was around that age and although i remember at the time it was upsetting for me as i got older i understood that my parents wheren't suited for each other and was just glad they were both happy with seperate people.I'm only 21 so still a young person i guess and i would say its much better for it to happen now and therefore your whole life seems to have been like this in comparison to splitting up when they're in there teens and i imagine this would be much harder.Hope i haven't offended by posting on this and hopefully i've helped a little.Hope all works out well for you and your family.

Noticed tuan le(sure there was others in the list who are at same level but was juct scrolling down and noticed him) in the players list for £200 game is it usual to get such world class players in a tourney which for such a player is tiny stakes.
20959  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: Hi guys what do you think of the DTD 321 Weekend Experience ? on: February 18, 2008, 04:11:00 PM
That sounds like a great idea.

Just one point for us cheapskates. I think it would be better if the smaller feeder satellites for the £300 where 'scheduled' rather than 'Sit & Go'. I can't see the feeder Sit & Go's filling.

I know that in January the feeder satellites were scheduled and they did not fill either but I am sure that once people become aware of them they are more likely to get off the ground than the Sit & Go's.

Totally agree would be more interested in playing sheduled tourney with re-buys than a sng hope this comes off would be very keen on participating

can anyone recomend me a good hotel to stay in vegas? i'll be travelling just after the world series as i'll still be too young to play the main event. but planning on cashing in on the remaining fish.

obviously i need somewhere close to the big poker rooms but thats uber cheap?
or is it better to stay in the bellagio due to the rewards/money off rooms ect i'll get for the rake i'll be donating? i've been told you can end up stayin almost for free by the end of a week of grinding in there? any truth in that?

Dont know Vegas law but id assume if ur too young to play ME then ur too young to play anywhere.

turns 21 after the ME?

I am truly truly thick.

LMAO quality

Yes, absolutely

would be very popular for weekenders such as Ironside I would imagine

satellites for the Mini Me pls

that's one weakness I feel (not in your control) not enough of the online satellites fill so such a weekend isn't accessible to smaller players

Maybe guarantee seats in a weekly online sat and promote it more heavily etc?

It does sound really good and as one of them smaller stake players would be very interested in trying to qualify through a sat for this.

I would say as a beginner paying £250 is a lot to fork out. I personally would use it as a starting bankroll and play $5 sngs whist reading poker books i found doyle's super system a really good help on many things and it improved my game loads.Am sure others could recommend some other excellent poker books (i heard harrington's series of books are really good).Just thought i'd put my 2 pennies worth in.Wink
