Sadler raised to 700, only to find Sean Breslin re-raising all-in for a massive overshove of 7k!
Sadler made the call with A-K, probably expecting to find himself in a race or facing the same hand, only for Breslin to show how he came by his allocated nickname as he tabled the way behind and dominated A-6.
Poker is a fickle mistress though and on this occasion it was Sadler who was to be banished to the sofa with no tea or conjugal relations as the flop fell J-3-6-2-6 to give the fortunate Breslin trips and leave Sadler with a face like a bulldog chewing a lemon flavoured wasp.
Breslin allegedly did not show any humility for this outdraw though, rubbing his opponent down in unsportsmanlike fashion by thumping the table savagely several times.
That's it, I'm in the car now, me and the boys are coming to sort him out. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE

Cafe Lux is all you need for all your breakfast, lunch and dinner requirements. Plus the noodle bar near the poker room is very good. Don't get the food service in the poker room though, it's not good and is over-priced. Better to order from Cafe Luz and wait 20 mins imo.

Quality admiring glance from the kiddes' ride partner there, wondering to herself 'just how did he manage to get that sniffy 1100 bet paid off with QQ on a 10 7 3 3 3 board...'

Top work Snatty, a truly remarkable effort. I'm stuck around the 16st7lb mark, which is about 2st above what I should be for my height, but I'm never going to see that weight again. You'll be below me for sure in a couple of months at this rate, ffs. John McCririck is my kind of fatty. He said he'd never employ someone who's overweight as they're basically lazy and unreliable. Not sure about the unreliable bit but I can see why that might be true in some cases. Lazy is right though. If I cut out beer and kept doing what I do now at the gym I'd hit 14st7lb in a few months but it's never going to happen. Laziness whichever way I want to dress it up.

Ok, here is where to tell your bad beats
Mine is,
My worst bad beat was pushing with aces, and getting called by 1 player on Ace/king Ok fair enough, another caller with Ace/queen ok fair enough again, but then a muppet in the big blind calls with 5 ten.
He hit a 5 on the flop and a ten on the river
Crowy fella, that's the correct play with 5 10 stack sizes dependent of course. I do the same thing imo

Welcome Greg, feel free to ask any ace-queen related questions... Re: trains, I got a fine last Tuesday night/Wednesday morning for fare dodging and was furious. Bought a travelcard thingy, thinking it was good for 24 hours. I've done it many times before and caught the 1.36am train back no problem, but I missed that one and had to get the 5.22am back instead. Apparently I should have bought a new ticket when Kings Cross reopened at 5am but told the ticket-checking gimboid that I disagreed, albeit not in so many words. Fuming I was.
(a thinly veiled 'I was still in the tournament' at 1.36am thread imo)

Lingfield on a Monday, what a nightmare, although it's a good competitive card. There will be about 20 paying customers as usual, so Brighton all the way imo
Any tips? Tuesday I'm all over Green Park in the first at York but nothing at Brighton
