We also had out sats done and I've lost 10" from my body and 5% in body fat.

Stay focused guys and there's always another gear so take that handbrake off and let's crank it up xx

Jesus girgy well done ... Amazing but I would like to see what people like Sean,Matt and boshi think are you sure it's healthy to lose so much so quick ??

There could be a problem with the scales we've been using it could only be 19lbs now which is good I know but obviously disappointing after those big numbers.
