Unreal, can't believe that miserable git makes it into the advent calendar. I also couldn't believe that he gave up the fags and booze for the summer however you will be glad to know that all that good work was ruined last weekend and his body is back to near shambles status. Aye a 'full' summer of training in Krakow ruined in 3 days Thanks Tighty - upon reflection running a marathon is all mental strength, I'm pretty sure that anyone who gets to the level of fitness of running 6 miles can run 26 if they are focused. I cant work out the miles but between 28Km and 35Km I had a total breakdown and went into a parallel universe but soon realised it wasn't the dreaded 'wall' it was my hangover kicking in from the night before. When Claire and I were having a fag on the start line we were convinced were were about to die but no! my only embarrassment was getting passed by a 18 stone 7 ft guy dressed in a wedding outfit in the final mile. Anyway loose plans are a foot for the Krakow Marathon in April if any of you mentally challenged people want to join in.

My training plan is out of the window now it's too late and I'm here. I met Dan and Claire yesterday we tried some carb loading but when we'd had enough beer we went to the expo and registered. Unfortunately I managed to pick up a blister walking round the expo so had to miss the breakfast run This has been a very tough few months and the best I can hope for tomorrow is that I don't die. I'm looking for lastminute encouragement if you want to sponsor feel free if not some words of abuse will do. Thanks all

Anybody got a 5 week training plan for a first time marathon? How many days before a marathon should you stop training? As I might be meeting in the middle here.

yes but this is funny
522 of 545 people found the following review helpful 3.0 out of 5 stars In the words of the B9 Robot from Lost in space "Danger Will Robinson Danger!", 14 April 2012 By Ramdizzle "Ramsay" (UK) - See all my reviews This review is from: Veet for Men Hair Removal Gel Creme 200 ml (Personal Care) Well like 90% of the reviews on the page. I would say we have all suffered from making the terrible mistake of vandalizing ones self in ways which we shouldn't.
If you are keen player in the arts of "BDSM" or "Sadomasochism", be my guest, this product will certainly bring you pleasure. However if you are a run of the mill bloke trying to remove some unwanted hair from some unwanted places, this product will make you cry.
I obviously wanted to sport the longer look, which let not beat around the bush (no pun intended) makes any man feel better about themselves (well it does me anyways). I'm also a fairly hairy individual, so this product is certainly useful as it's near to impossible to shave my own back.
However when applied to the genital region, the first couple of minutes you stand there looking at it, trying to sniff the air to see if you can smell that horrible burning hair smell (which i couldn't). You then realise after a few more moment's that your smile has changed into a very neutral position. I don't really read instructions in life. I treat them as if they were that EULA thing when you install software or start an Xbox game, and you just click next.
Anyhow, all I can say is that I would not need a flame on a stick going through a dark tunnel or cave. I could simply wack my bollocks out. Yes you guessed it bright red and pretty painful. But I do look hung. Anyhow would I do it again, maybe in a few months. My skins pretty resilient, so it's not to sensitive, but I guess if you are a ginger or generally have light fair sensitive skin you may find out the hard way and wake up one morning with a extremely high voice and notice you have no more testicles and being officially classed as a eunuch.

Cliffs anyone?
Basically Zimbler and Feldman used to live the same apartment building and were good friends. Then Feldman got a staffordshire bull terrier whom Zimbler believed swallowed an engagement ring he was going to use to propose to his then girlfriend. Rather than confront him directly about it getting the ring back, Zimbler instead suggested he borrow Feldman's Audi to drive the dog to the vets. He drove off without the dog, and sold the car to a mutual Rabbi friend. Feldman was pissed off obviously and sued him for the value of the car. Greatest cliffs ever!

I'm moving to Krakow in July, so lots going on ooo, what for? I loved my years living in poland, it's a great place to be, no idea what all the poles are doing over here tbh With work, I was given a project to set up an outsourcing operation in Krakow so I've been going there on and off for the past year. Now they want me to stay and run it!!! It is a fantastic place so it was an easy decision really
