Alfie raises, Ste (who may or may not have imbibed in a couple of pints at this stage) calls from his big blind.

King high flop, Ste checks as does Alfie.

Turn is a 6 Ste check calls Alfies bet of 95K.

Alfie says "Be careful Steve"

River is a Queen.

Ste says "I'll be careful and check"

Alfie declares a Queen, and shows AQ.

Steve declares a King and shows K8.

Steve then says "I don't know why I even called that but I have to get my chips back off you after you played that hand against me and got lucky"

Alfie enquires which hand and Steve replies "That Q 4 "

Alfie bursts out laughing and says

"That wasn't even me - it was him!" and points at Vik!

"You're being racist because we're both Asian!"

Steve is now standing up, two hands later still telling the table he isn't racist.

Stu Barnett on about er... zero

Stephen Ayres called Stu's all in shove with pocket jacks.

Stu HoneyBadger had KQ that failed to hit anything he's gone.

Ceri Rees also just gone with a 3 big blind shove of 10 4 soooted. Daniel called with QJ and won.

Lost another two, Sam has details.

And we are on ten minute break before the 8 handed final table!

Simon Trumper predicts a 3.30am finish, unless we have a lot of big hand confrontation, in which case 1.30ish.

Plenty of these please!

More love for Vik please! Go go go

Bless him, he came over to tell me I'd spelt his name wrong - twice.

If I hadn't liked him he would have been every variation possible of Victor/Viktor/Vicram/Vulcan and possibly vagina.

But i like the guy.

Jim Lody open shoves with pocket threes, to run straight into Karl Snow's pocket KINGS in the blinds!

Karl on around 1 mirrion.

Average has crept up to 1.3m now but I don't think he's been above average the whole two days, so that won't dishearten him at all.

Ste Ayres raises to 75K on the button. Alfie Adams calls in the BB.

Flop  two spades

Alfie checks, Ste bets 65K.

After a moment's consideration and carefully placing his card protector on his cards, Alfie makes it 165K.

Ste doesn't hesitate and ca

Turn is the

Alfie thinks and queitly announces all in.

He starts to move his chips in and Ste puts his hand out and tells him not to move his chips, and asks the dealer to count them there.

A count reveals a 405K all in.

Ste starts to think. He puts his shades on, rubs his head and stands up. He then asks the dealer to spread the pot. He sits down, he stands up. He asks Alfie will he show if he folds. (No reply) He leans across and asks him again, still no reaction.

One minute. Two minutes. Three minutes.... SIX MINUTES -  He folds.

He says "I know I'm ahead I know I am" and Raggy says in a quiet voice "Well why didnt you call then".

Table now excitedly discussing what Alfie had or didnt have.

Ste says he folded KJ.

Alfie still saying nothing.
