Get excellent property advice on your lease and its obligations. The number of people who pay £££££ at lease end instead of £700 prior to signing it is unbelievable!
It's remarkable that people just sign leases without good advice!

Managed to find something for the EPT one but not the UKIPT as yet.
It's an £8200 package for a £5250 buy in but as you said it doesn't say how much is for the hotel and how much is cash.
Will have a think and probably end up missing out.
GL
will usually say like $700 for first place in lobby - this will be cash element

It's fantastic value there's no doubt.
Unfortunately there aren't enough people out there who understand the whole 'value' concept to get the numbers through the doors.
To your average Joe it's just a £60 comp. If they haven't got a spare £60 they aren't going to play, simple as that.
This Time of year (holidays) and sunshine also outweigh value for some people (fools obv ) It is also worth pointing out that for those who don't play on line £60 in exes for a £60 comp often tips the balance back to sunshine)

The Wie putting style is fairly new and has apparently moved her up the ladies putting rankings by a fair bit. I can't help thinking that it must put terrible strain on her back.
Yes, agree, but if it is improving her game, good luck to her. In golf, the textbook swings, grips & stances are well established, but it is remarkable how many golfers eschew the textbook & have really bad - well, unconventional - swings & grips - & still succeed. Wiggle Waggle & Furyk are perfect examples - immensely successful, but if you took those swings to a Golf Coach he'd look at it in horror. I quite like unconventional styles. Reminds me a little of poker, where we see players who play unconventionally - technically bad according the the younger generation - still manage to hold their own. Folks like Larence Gosney, for example, or Rastafish, get castigated left right & centre, but they do OK it seems to me. Piggott rode too long, Chris Eubank held his hands too low, Connor introduced the then oddity of a double handed backhand, Botham was a terrible bowler yet took wickets galore with bad balls. Lordy Lordy, some memories there. Ronan rafertyBlimey, you have a long memory. I always remember thinking how does he hit a ball like that. Sadly I think when he lost his touch his game was beyond recovery due to his style

I see what your saying, he appeared to be putting in the effort though during the game.
On the overweight subject, is Anderson carrying some extra weight or just a very well built fella?
I don't even think he is fat! just annoyed at him He can of course choose to do what he likes! Do it with dignity
