That's a move

I was a long time obese topping the scales at 22st 5lbs at 6'4, and now i range between an athletic (if i do say so myself) 14.5st-15.5st depending on how hard i go at the gym. A whole food plant based diet, no oil or processed sugar was the key after repeated failures with other eating styles.

I would personally call it a disease, as ultimately it is a form of self destruction coming from an inability to consume enough nutrient dense foods that satiate without weight gain. And with those that are susceptible to obesity i think they can claim diminished responsibility for a plethora of reasons. I could go down so many different rabbit holes having probably a 2000 page essay in me about all of the intermingling factors involved, but i will leave it at that for now.

He gubs AJ as well if they fight but will probably get dicked on the cards again.

How would you call Wilder versus the far more predictable AJ? We appear to agree that essentially involves taking things out of the judges hands. Wilder can't be that bad after seemingly erasing Tyson in the 12th.

Wilder Ko's Joshua for me. Even though it hasn't been properly tested, it was for a period in the Ortiz fight, i think Wilder's chin can deal with anything Joshua would throw at it. Whereas Joshua won't be able to deal with the power of Wilder imo.

Im in a bit of disbelief that Fury got tagged in the last round, seemed a bit of complacency there.

If there is a Wilder Fury rematch, who will improve more if they were to go again in say 6 months time?

Another Ronaldo goal yesterday, takes him to 9 from 13 in Italy. Mbappe is 11 from 14 but sadly injured (not sure how long for?).

Looking like it could be a decent sweat for those of us on the 30 goal 80/1 RAB gravy train.

The race for the golden boot in the Premier League is gonna be carnage. I do still think the market will settle down slightly in 2019, with people like Murray and Mitrovic slowing dropping away (please don't quote me on that) but there must be a dozen players or more in the mix presently. Another goal for Sterling yesterday keeps him on the podium spots.

Great shout on Sterling pre season.

I think Aguero and Kane are poised to bag the top two. Then it is a battle for the 3rd spot among the rest for any each way betting spots now?

Having a look at the Palace Man U game today i think there is value with Palace, but it is quite small. I would say the double chance shot should be closer to 1.5/1 than the 2/1 available and the outright win should be closer to 6/1 than the 7.5/1 i can see. However, it does have a feel that Palace could show dogged fight until eventually, a better second half performance from United breaks them clear to win.

I suggest a longshot as a possibility. Palace to take a lead into half time to eventually lose is well worth the small punt at 25/1+. The exchange has it at 29/1.

Man U have been notorious this season for being slow starters, and Palace have dug in quite well at the start of games, we may perhaps nick an early goal and crumble in the second half.

My local team (Bohemians of Dublin) new away strip for next year features a picture of Bob Marley who played at their stadium in the 1980's Smiley
Pretty natty design!

Why have they "disbanded"?

something to do with not being able to sit together behind the goal I think or similar

Correct.

Technically they haven't disbanded, but have in terms of presence this season in retaliation to being denied placement behind the goal, rather than by the corner flag. Initially the club sent out feelers to the season ticket holders in pre season that are sat centrally behind the goal about being relocated, and understandably they said they didn't want to move, so the board said no to the ultras. The Ultras then said fine, we're not bothering. Some home games in and the atmosphere being dead, the board announced that they will get their wish at the start of next season, and those fans behind the goal will be relocated whether they like it or not. Amazing considering the group are only only 100 strong i believe, and many other fans are split on their behaviour.

Just gonna throw my two cents out there on Palace while I have time for those that may come across them in betting opportunities. I have had a decent amount of time to see what they are about this season rather than the punty suggestion i had at the start of the season off of incomplete information with the Palace/Fulham angles. Fulham shockingly really not settling down defensively in spite of their attacking ability, to a fault of probably some basic managerial ineptitude when faced with the rigours of the prem, but that is beside the point for now.

Palace under Hodgson has been harder for me to work out than under any manager since Freedman (where i started taking a betting interest in Palace). Mainly as the flow of the team seems more disjointed and harder to read. Generally solid defensively and we often play a 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 system, and our chances often arise out of the blue in games rather than as a result of consistent pressure. It's hard to put my finger on.

I still am annoyed that Zaha is being deployed mostly centrally, imo nullifying his often world class ability from on the wing.

We seem to play quite narrowly which is odd considering Zaha and Townsend are two of the better out and out wingers in the prem. Also we have no bite up top at all generally and we are missing the incisiveness of a Cabaye or Loftus Cheek without properly replacing them. Kouyate has been okay, but seems more of a reliable plodder, and Meyer seems off of the pace, and I am a little worried that in spite of his great close control and ability to pick a good pass, he often takes too much time on the ball, and I fear he won't acclimatise properly to the prem, especially with the long layoff towards the back end of the season at Schalke. With Meyer though he could easily come good, just I am not expecting much until closer to Christmas, if at all.

Teams we have faced, often sit back against us giving us not much space at all, and we have no threat really when faced with this. We were frustratingly passing from side to side in front of both Bournemouth's and Wolves' back lines, with no real chance creation forthcoming. Oddly we seem to be one of the better teams in short passing from out of the back and beating the press, which is odd to fathom considering what i have been used to for years, with Sakho setting the tone, but it's normally never to any end. It doesn't help we haven't a focal point up top. And even with Benteke potentially returning, we don't play a system where we cater to him as a target man, hitting him with crosses and funnelling our attack play through him, instead he is often frustrated with an attacking partner often in Zaha, where our chance creation I think reduces as a result, as he is less on the wing, and more often completely out of games being lost without the ball too high and central on the pitch. For now Ayew is the man frustrated in the furthest role up on the pitch.

Moreover, the home atmosphere has effectively gone with the Ultras disbanding and I think that has played a role in not scoring at home. Of course we have been unlucky, but generally i wonder just how much of an effect it has on player psychology that a home support that was raucous comparably all of last season, is dead now. I think we miss that added oomph as a result, but i admit this is a more controversial view. I think the groans of the crowd are much more prominent and an air of toxicity takes over very quickly, something that we are less used to as there generally was always noise and positive chants continuously flowing all through home games before but now I fear the players feel the pressure more.

I think Palace are opposable currently but I haven't seen much value on markets I see generally priced correctly, but I will quickly be on here if that view changes.

Bengals @ Panthers
Carolina have blitzed quite heavy in the past and will be looking to pressure Dalton.I expect improving route runner Tyler Boyd to be a main target on quick outs only drawing single coverage.Like Boyd over 50 yards for this match up..

betway go over 40.5 for Boyd 1.95

Watched the Spurs Fulham game.

Fulham out of it completely in the first half, giving the ball away time and time again with Spurs missing so many solid chances and could conceivably gone into the break at 3-0 up rather than just 1-0.

Fulham looked nervous, were overplaying poorly out of the back and were handing Spurs a lot of chances.

After the break for the first 15-20 mins, Fulham dominated and could have been 2-1 up but instead made it 1-1, they hit the post, scored and Mitrovic missed a glaring chance to take the lead inside the box, mishitting with his wrong foot with the goal at his mercy.

It then became more end to end, Kane hit the post, before Trippier scored a worldy free kick, after a terrible giveaway again to give the free kick away. Just before that, in the second half, the flow of the game was really even and in this period the 12/1 on Fulham pre game looked huge. Fulham were knocking it about superbly. Then when Spurs got back on top, it was a little over as a contest.

Promising signs from Fulham in spite of the scoreline, and that could have been reversed had Mitrovic stuck his chance away with the momentum they were building. If backing them again against bigger teams, it is probably best to understand that the results are more likely to be polarising as they like to play expansive football rather than digging in as much, so scores closer to draws are probably less likely, but they could easily cause upsets. So backing them outright would be the best line.

Spurs changing system in bringing Dembele on changed the game, 2nd half. Sessegnon in particular made a lot of use of the space in behind the full backs when we were playing wingbacks. As soon as Dembele came on, we went to a back 4 and the space had gone.

Fulham then started to try to hold the point, bringing Cairney off. Lamela was lively alongside Moura and Spurs suddenly looked dangerous again.

Wasn't particularly impressed with Fulham to be honest. It was an early season game for both sides, in truth.

Fair play.

I would argue with dembele on and before the Trippier goal, i think it was 10 mins, that Fulham still looked quite dangerous and to not be at least a bit impressed is probably harsh, but i agree that Spurs definitely looked better for the sub and i can see where you are coming from. Fulham were shambolic at times defensively and will have to look more assured at the back moving forwards, but i think that might be a lot down to finding their feet in the prem.
