Surely if two players go out on the bubble from seperate tables they split the prize money? What does how many chips they have have to do with anything?

Fold 100% of the time.

Call or raise (table dependant) with anything vaguely connected that can flop well.

  etc. are always nice.

There's much more value if the cards are both green. Blue is a close second. I don't think any studies have been done as to which wins out of black or red cards so you'll have to make up your own mind.

Big Greens eg

Reds like

rly?  x x or  x x boards - anyone opening 99+ is likely to get three streets of value here, plus the number of times you do your tits in with straight / flush / combo draws when your an underdog etc...
