maybe get them an umbrella each. much cheaper than a laptop and as a bonus can be used to keep the rain/sun off
In written records, the oldest reference to a collapsible umbrella dates to the year 21 A.D., when Wang Mang (r. 9–23) had one designed for a ceremonial four-wheeled carriage
any specific colour or style i should look for? you shouldn't get a pink one for boys, they don't like the colour but girls are mostly ok with it they make small ones for little kids which might be more practical than a full size golf brolly something else you could consider is a seethrough one. then if all their friends also get umbrellas for christmas you'll be able to identify your child on a rainy day by looking through it whereas most parents will just be looking at a sea of coloured umbrellas with no idea which one is their kid's. some people have said to me 'why not just remember what colour they've got? or even write their name or a code on top like police cars do?' but what if they swap with their friends and don't tell you? clear ones are def ftw ok thanks, and where is the best/cheapest place to get them and do they have 12 month warranty like the netbooks i was going to buy ? what are this type like in the wind are they likely to blow inside out ?

Did he ask for parental advice on what age is acceptable for laptops?
Good luck getting 3 lappies under 1k Mr fish
He didn't. Was just giving him an excuse to get him out of the mess. There's no way 3 lappys will be got (not even in decent used condition) for £80 each. thats why i was asking what these on ebay where like
