Alright guys! WIth the footy being on and half the games being on ITV the poor picture quality has annoyed me, until now. ITV HD is exclusively an Freesat channel however, you can manually tune it in thru Sky HD. Here's the instructions:
This requires that your Sky+HD box has the new EPG version.
Press "Services" on the remote control (or from the Guide go to "Options" on the top menu).
Press the down arrow, and then scroll across to "Add Channels".
Press "Select" or the down arrow, to highlight the frequency.
Using the number pad on the remote, enter the following frequency: 11.427
Press the down arrow, and use the left or right arrow to change the Polarisation from V to H.
Check that the Symbol Rate is 27.5 and that the FEC is 2/3, and adjust if necessary.
Press the yellow button to Find Channels.
Once it has finished scanning, find & highlight channel "10510" and press the yellow button to store it, and then press Select to continue.
You can now view ITV HD by going to "Other Channels" within Services/Options (it's next to "Add Channels") & pressing Select to reveal channel 10510 (ITV HD) & then pressing Select again to view it.
[As ITV HD is not in the actual EPG, the Guide & the Search/Scan banner will not show any schedule information for it. Also, I believe that you cannot use any of the Sky+ features on it (scheduled recordings, Live Pause, Instant Rewind, etc.) - although I think manual recordings should work.]

I wonder if they'll be watching North Korea win 1-0 in the live coverage they are probably watching just now in Pyongyang.
North Korea done well tonight and may encourage me to back them on DNB basis in their next 2 games if the price is right.
Na, Brazil are just most overrated team in the world imo. I said on here before that they won't go far and I stand by it, I don't expect them to qualify with 9 points and I dont think they'll win it, probably the worst Brazil team I can remember. I will take Brazil vs anyone you like except Spain for a last longer if you want ? cool ill pm you tomorrow. also have we got a last longer with portugal/ivory coast? im sure i posted in one of your threads but never checked back for a response? Wasn't it for a pint ? I just thought you were kidding ? You playing Aspers this week ? Spain -1 at evens tmoro is huge imo, get on get paid. Spain -1 is 9/20 on Bet365! Where the hell did you see Evens Yeah, i got 4/5 on Spain -1 5 mins brfore the Chile game on Lads. doubled it with Chile at 2/1 -1

Got great odds in Ladbrokes yesterday IMO
80/1 on Ozil (Germany) to win the Golden Ball (best player of the tourney) with a Man of the Match under his belt already and my predictions that the Germans will go far these are great odds. Had to ask the woman to fone up for the odds as they arent inthe shop or online, defos worth £20

France are shit. I know its only a friendly but they just lost to China.
Mexico/Uruguay Dual Forecast for Group A. 8/1 with Ladbrokes.
GET ON GET PAID.
Only thing about this bet is that South Africa are in this group. No host has ever failed to get past the first round I think that arguement is a fading one. The same was true of the Euros too up until 2000 when the Belgian's did something interesting for once and failed to get out their group. In 08' neither the Swiss or the Austrian's got out of their respective groups. The same goes for the 'only Brazil have won the World Cup out of their own continent' arguement. Players play all over the world these days. Very good arguement but i do beleive that South Africa are a better team than they are getting credit for

I know! I fancy Mexico/Uruguay aswell but just stating the facts.
My bets so far are as follows: North Korea lowest scoring team @ 9/2 - £20 Argentina to win @ 10/1 & Holland @ 14/1 £20 each, (both these odds were put on a few montrhs back) Brazil v Argentina Final @ 15/1 - £5 Serbia to reach the semis @ 16/1 - £10 Germany to win with Diego Milito top goalscorer @ 396/1 - £5
Dual forecasting bets to come

Of course we want a homegrown managers. It should be a rule that managers should be from the country they manage, the same as the players. Seems daft to me that this isnt the rule. English will disagree though since there has never been a good manager to come from England hence they need to go elsewhere
your homegrown managers sure do get you to a lot of finals Thats cos we cant offer the money u do so they go to clubs. Of course we want a homegrown managers. Here we go! I'll start you off with Sir Robert Robson and Sir Alf Ramsey Mr Brian Clough the greatest club manager in British football ever. Eh, noo. Sir alex ferguson. And look how far back u's need to think to remember a good manager Clough took a 2nd division side (Forest) to become twice European champions, Nottingham is the smallest city to ever have a European cup winning side. He won the league with Derby taken them from the 2nd division again. The guy was a genius end of. Again ur going back in time Jock Stein made Celtic the first British club to win the European cup and he done it a full s2quad that lived within 20 miles of the stadium. Name a good English manager in the last 20 years
