This paragraph from Credit Suisse should scare those in Scotland who might want independence from Great Britain: Risk of an economic crisis: In our opinion Scotland would fall into a deep recession. We believe deposit flight is both highly likely and highly problematic (with banks assets of 12x GDP) and should the BoE move to guarantee Scottish deposits, we expect it to extract a high fiscal and regulatory price (probably insisting on a primary budget surplus). The re-domiciling of the financial sector and UK public service jobs, as well as a legal dispute over North Sea oil, would further accelerate any downturn. In our opinion, as North Sea oil production slows, we estimate that the non-oil economy would need a 10% to 20% devaluation to restore competitiveness. This would require a 5% to 10% fall in wages, driven by a steep rise in unemployment. I am sure somewhere in the manifesto I will have been promised my holiday money top up so it will be fine  If only Osborne would heed the advice of Mark Carney and stop ruling out a currency union. the over-leveraged pound can't afford to lose 10% of GDP.... Mark Carney said Scotland would need to give up significant areas of its sovereignty and reach a watertight deal with the UK on banking, taxation and spending if a new sterling zone were to avoid the risks and instability which had plagued the euro. just wonder what kind of independance Alex Salmond is offering Scotland , what he real wants is to give it away to Brussels , "Alex Salmond ought to be well aware that to make a monetary union work properly you need a political union, as in the US; that a political union is what the crisis-hit eurozone lacks; and that what the first minister of Scotland wants to throw away is the political union that would make his planned monetary union with Great Britain actually work. Additionally, the UK gov might just be stubborn and not allow a currency union, that could create some uncertainty. I don't think that will happen but there is a very slim chance that Osbourne/Balls/alexander have boxed themselves into a corner on that one. My personal preference would be a form of sterlingisation and membershp of EFTA rather than the EU.
if you had any basic understanding of economics you would know they cant agree a currency union , you cant have currency union without political union , its the same for the euro & it will never work without a federal europe Scotland can keep the pound but not have any control over the UK pound & just keep it linked like Denmark does with the euro & alot of countries in Asia follows the $ , fat Alex just keeps telling lies & hope the yes vote wins but only down side is we will be stuck with a tory goverment |

looks like Scotland is going to say Yes , gonna be funny watching them mess this up afterwards within a few years
no EU , they gonna pay furtune like Norway to trade with EU countries
ageing population with all the young people having to go south to find work
unable to borrow money because the SNP wont pay a share national debt
& sooner or later the oil runs out & Scotish people will realy suffer

got 17" acer myself but in someways wished I had one with a lot better battery life like the acer timeline laptops , one thing with the Intel Integrated Graphics it does restrict what you can do on a laptop & cant replace it with a graphics card but for what you said it would be fine

my first thought was Ke3 but it dont work , think the queen needs to move to a dark square to cover black playing Kc1 , somehow plan to take the c3 pawn with check
