yeah this is pretty daft for sure. stars have already limited me to $190 a month for deposits, even though i hardly ever play there .

i like to play a few tourneys once or twice a month for very small stakes , and now even this is difficult.

its SCOOP coming up and i can buy into  hardly anything i want to play . i have sent proof of earnings but still cant get deposit limit increase.

off to partypoker then, who seem much more willing to let a small stakes player have a bit of fun once or twice a month, but now expecting this to end soon.

bad enough the sites stopping my hobby, now the government think they should do the same. yawn.

These things happen occasionally.

occasionally ? becoming more like a habit actually ,  since may 2021 pool have won twice at the theatre of delusions 4-2 and 5-0 , at anfield 4-0 and 7-0

and yesterday could have been far far worse if the ref had done his job anywhere near properly. could easily have ended with 9 men

liverpool been way off it this season, but utd celebrating last week like they had won the world cup showed just how far they have fallen. easiest run to the final in history to boot.

i only play low stakes online $10 average, so feel free to dismiss , have played for years and had some very decent 5 figure cashes, so will give my opinion on the min cash question.  i am well aware that i am never going to do everything "right", but i have found what works for me.

i like to late reg, if i make it past bubble then hold things back while all the short stacks try and spin it up, when things calm down, then i start to get really aggro . this way you are going to lose all your chips a lot of the time, and you are going to get a huge stack a lot of the time. totally demoralising just blinding down and folding until you are FORCED into betting your last 10bb with ace rag. poker is meant to be fun, and i would rather shove 25 bigs with ten jack over somebodys open , than die a slow boring death for the millionth time. another advantage is table image, once people have seen you playing loosey goosey, they always call you down lighter than usual.

where i do struggle is when i hit last couple of tables, i find it so difficult to go for the win if the pay jumps are significant. logic says that last 1 or 2 tables are going to have  mostly competent players, more skilled than me, so surely the best way to play them is take them out of their comfort zone and gamble it up to reduce their edge.but i quite often lose my bottle.

in short, if you are mincashing all the time, but never winning the thing, just ramp it up in the later stages. embrace the times you bust a playable stack, if you keep going for the big win it will come. it has for me and i am well aware that i am technically bad. i have seen utterly terrible ,completely clueless people, win huge money. simply because they had the balls, or sheer recklessness. sometimes the "experts" lose a hand of poker. way too many people forget that.

yeah, we all know that if your seat is locked then aces are a no brainer fold. apologies if i explained my point badly.

i was under the impression  that he got banned for folding aces to a friend, which in my opinion is fine.

forgetting any particular hand from 10 years ago, is it bad form to try and help friends in a satellite? of course not.

guy johnson is a ****ing knob anyway , so quite glad he was banned to be honest.
