46  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: Fold AQ to utg min from 18bbs? on: June 01, 2013, 02:58:16 AM
rly wana see someone argue the corner of 3b/folding here, more i think about it, more i REALLY hate it. Admittedly 99% of my lifetime volume has been on stars and naturally french sites will play somewhat different, but still,    3b/call > shove > flat > fold >                            3bet fold. With maybe folding and flatting reversed, would need to think about it a little more when its not 3am

yh alex pls dont 3b/fold.

Obviously this is worst hand we get in / best hand we fold.

Think  you should 3b/call vs opener, but by 3betting our hand instead of shoving, if someone wakes up with it behind and the Opener gets it in too, we can happily fold. This is something i dont think people think about enough in MTT's.

irrespective of everything the turn raise is really really bad imo.

yh this. altho depending on game flow etc it might not be terrible ALL the time.

I tihnk its probably impossible to say what is the best played hand / best fold / best bluff of all time, but this IS a really REALLY sick fold

Who is Amadi_017...only started 2 weeks ago on Stars and already has 300k+ in cashes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think he is a Spanish guy who has relocated to the uk.
Some stuff I saw on twitter indicated that he probably had a different name
Before Spain got banned from stars.

Persistent douche trolls such as Aaron, with no experience of Marc, should really stop stoking the flames IMO.

Haha

Ah, so we should all forget what he has done to Lewis and in the past? You're right, no experience of Marc, but I'd rather do my nuts in through a tip from Barry Neville than invest in Marc. Lewis, had no experience of staking in Marc, look what happened.

Trying to have a go at me is just a bit stupid

Lewis didn't in any way stake me? Maybe u dont understand the facts

He's charging $150/hr so the first 18 people to send $150 to lewis or pleno (assume you don't mind passing money on pleno, lmk if that's not ok) and get them to confirm receipt itt will get 1hr's coaching from Marc. Can buy more than one hour if you like.

pretty good value if anyone knows how fast marc speaks.

nh

$150 per hour sounds like a pretty good deal, sure you'll get plenty of takers at that price.

Some inferior players charge double that.

Should soon be all sorted.

neverscaredB charges $500 an hour, and timex used to charge $600 an hour lol
53  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: Marc Wright aka dean23price/railtard1 still scamming July 2012 on: May 25, 2013, 06:11:03 PM
as i said. will be doing a ton of coaching as have had alot of interest and will get some people to send straight to lewis, and yes, $2700 is a relatively small amount if im earning $150 an hour

Not even sure how this thread has become
Active again.

You are incredibly lucky that Lewis has been so good about this, lots of people would add interest to these debts, or even worse take it to the next level, when you owe so much.

doubt anybody would do that in the poker world.

and

Give the man his money.

read the thread and look at what hes doing ffs. hes gonna grind out all the hours and pay him back. fair enough if he said fu lewis, but hes trying to help out you utter dolt.

Shall we just forget what he has said already?

He has already lied about all of this, but it's ok that he's trying to make it right now? He wouldn't be attempting to if this thread was not unlocked, he would have made no more attempts to pay it off.

wow how many times! i was paying him frequently, then my stars account got locked. check sharkscope / opr and look at the last time i played a singe mtt. Pokerstars alone was my income for 5 years, rarely did i play other sites

It's because you have not payed your bills after a year. What is not clear?

Apparently 2.8k isn't big in the context of things?!

it was a verbal swap. We NEVER confirmed the amount we would swap, i wouldnt of swapped 5% with anyone when i was only playing for 35% of myself. But we got on well, and i would of done some swap, even if was just small, but 5% was lewis idea and we never clarified either way. I paiid him $3k as thats what i thought fair, but seeing as the general feeling was that i should pay the 2700 more i was goign to, it just happened that stars locked my account out of the blue and i became unable to pay.
the way you write sounds like u think lewis gave me money? NO MONEY was given / lent etc, it was a % swap. NO MONEY was grimmed / stolen / taken without consent.
You coming on here and talking about the "next level" im not sure if that is referring to someone making physical threats because if it is then thats just pathetic. And i would never pay interest in this situation so no point even tlking about that.

sure, dm being the middle man, although Lewis will be fine sending straight to him.

If you made videos youd get there even quicker

dont think videos are the best approach toward making someone a better poker player. Evryone has different leaks and requires  specific focus on different areas. But yh obv understand what ur saying
57  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: Marc Wright aka dean23price/railtard1 still scamming July 2012 on: May 25, 2013, 05:21:58 PM
gona be offering / doing coaching alot considering i cant play at the moment, so will just get people to send direct to lewis. Im pretty good at mtt coaching and have a lot fo experience doing it and my mtt record is only bettered by about 3 people in this country.
$2700 is a pretty small amount in the context of it all, so will pay him asap, then i assume this thread can go away.

I paid Lewis the amount that I genuinely thought his % swap in me was worth (no money was borrowed of leant or stolen like some people seem to think).
However I planned / plan on payin him the remainder of what he feels he should be due, just at the moment my stars account is locked and I am NOT PLAYING poker in any form. Something that is pretty hard for me when it has been my livelyhood for 5 years. Losing my stars account and missing scoop has really got me down, and affectively changed the whole direction of my life.
I'm not sure what my plans are in regards to either staying In poker or not, but whn it's possible I will pay Lewis the remainder. People chiming in with this is a grimming thread blah blah blah, should probably go to Tom langleys thread which somehow got no where near as much hate as I get (sorry to pick a name out as when I have spoke to Tom he has seemed nice enough).
In the mean time yes I'd prefer this thread locked as it serves no purpose, apart from allowing some a chance to troll hard and slag me off.

yh was in some make up hence couldnt pay at the time. then my stars account got locked  / is currently locked and despite upwards of 100 emails back and forth with stasr, its yet to be unlocked. Not sure if it will be unlocked in the immediate future. He knows this, so semi surprised he decided to post at this time, but obviously lewis can do as he pleases.

Been a year Marc, should have sorted it out by now.

You won 50k in London in Feb, would have killed you to pay the geezer then?

Not sure he got much/any of that tbf

Even if he was playing for 15%, still way more than enough to clear the balance.

Said he'd paid 80% in September when he'd actually paid less than 50%

Just can't work this guy out.

Why would anyone lie so relentlessly?

im sure this will turn into ur hate campaign against me again, but when i said that i believed the the amount he thought the % was worth was $4k, in which case the majority was paid.
