“The fact that a taxpayer has a system by which they place their bets, or that they are sufficiently successful to earn a living by gambling does not make their activities a trade”.

"A taxpayer"

What if you are not a taxpayer?

I hate it when you are only assumed to be " a taxpayer " if you work. Everyone who resides in the uk is a taxpayer whether they have a " job" or not. We are taxed on almost everything we consume or do  Smiley

Rarely post in this thread as it usually gives them the kiss of death ! However today i feel so strongly about this one its a must share post : 0
Off to Sandown tonight to watch this one hack up hopefully.
Last race henry candys - Postbag currently around 10- 12/1

Ok so we are taking fitness on trust but this trainer usually can get the nicer types ready first time up. Our maiden win was after a break and reads very well indeed. Journey went on to run well in several group & listed races and is now rated some 30 pounds higher than our mark today. Surely we are well handicapped and relatively unexposed compared to most of the field tonight. Ok the last run on most likely unsuitable going toward the back end of last season wasnt so great but the horse wasnt given a hard time and i can forgive one bad run on bad ground with a big weight.
Trainers only runner today along with the jockeys only mount too and he drives down from riding at haydock this afternoon.

Good luck to those that have the faith and lump on  !   Smiley

The ex boyfriend  hacking the victims phone account and listening/ tampering her voicemail stood out to me. Why wasn't he questioned more on this ? Also his involvement co- ordinating in the search party and entering the potential crime scene. After his testimony in court I just can't help thinking he was involved in her disappearance.
He was also most likely the mystery person hassling her with upsetting calls that her work colleague testified about.

one line at @£2

you have to select on still in the void race ( leg 3 ) for the bet to count

leg 1 > 3
leg 2 > 5
leg 3 > fav
leg 4 > 7
leg 5 > 6
leg 6 > 2

 good luck !

Hi everyone. Maybe a bit late for the thread but a Scoop 6 bet today looks value.
Only 5 legs are being used , the pool is well over a million and the legs to choose from look much easier than ive seen for quite some time.

Last race at kempton the only race that looks really tough. gl ! if you can find the time to get on .

Hey everyone happy christmas !

Scoop 6 today a must bet ! Its only five legs as Wetherby abandoned.
The pool has reached well over a million. It will be won today for sure and looking at the legs on offer its probably the easiest scoop 6 for a very long time .

Gl !

Usually Crumpets with marmite and freshly sliced tomatoes or avocado but my absolute fav probably once every 3 or 4 months is cold chicken madras from the night befores takeaway with nan bread. In fact I've been known to buy two curries just so as I can have one cold for brekkie Smiley
