So, there i was, reading the player list for the APAt UK Championship, when i noticed the following name below mine -

Mark Briggs

Wow, has the APA inadvertantly enabled me to meet up with a long lost family member ? ?

Greetings, yes indeed i am still going, Harmony has managed to sort out her arrangements to attend also.

Thanks for GL wishes, Harmony is playing too and in our track record she tends to outlast me in tourney's and i'm very sure she would be most grateful if you did manage to get up to "Railbird".

I think Ironside was under the impression i did understand who Sharky was, all i can say is, learn to spell Iron !

As an interesting aside to this whole story, there is a Mark Briggs who is manager at Dialadealer mentioned in the latest issue of "Pokerplayer".

I emailed him and got a reply stating he is not the Mark Briggs playing in the APAt event, but would like to hear how is fellow Briggs' get on.
